Here at Knighton Dental we have used Bradgate Dental Equipment Ltd for so many years, from new chair installations, maintenance and emergency call outs. I honestly can’t praise Bradgate Dental enough. From start to finish, the whole team is always absolutely amazing and always so efficient. Bradgate Dental is clearly a team-focused business, and it really shows in the way everyone works together seamlessly to deliver such high-quality care. They recently resolved our issue quickly and professionally, truly going above and beyond to help us. Over the last couple of years we’ve used Bradgates for a lot of our repairs and going forward, servicing as well soon. Their responsiveness, professionalism, friendliness and helpfulness are outstanding. I’ve met maybe all of their engineers now I think and they’re all fab, answering my questions or coming to help me with broken down surgeries at the drop of a hat (Kris last week!). The ladies at the office are also super helpful and responsive. All together fab service and team!

We recently had Bradgate Dental in to service all of our dental chairs, carry out maintenance on our VistaScan, and complete the critical tests for our X-ray units. The whole process was professional, seamless, and efficiently completed in one day. While on site, the team even helped with a few additional bits around the practice, which was very much appreciated. They are always approachable, helpful, and clearly take pride in their work. Everything was completed without any unexpected extra costs, and we’ve now moved onto a service plan, which has been a huge help in spreading costs and avoiding a large January outlay. Highly recommended.

Called Bradgate today about an issue with one of our chairs, and Ivan arrived within 30 minutes. His efficiency truly saved our Wednesday. Excellent service 🙂

Bradgate are always fantastic when it comes to customer service. Nothing is ever too much to ask. They are always on hand to help in any way they can. The staff are friendly and always have a positive attitude.
