Abbeylands Dental Practice

I’ve been with Abbeylands dentist for 36 years also with Douglas, Elaine and Sharon. Fantastic staff and professional care every time I’ve had to have an appointment. Wouldn’t change dentist

I have been a patient with this practice for many years. I receive all my treatment from Douglas and his team. To say the least I am a wimp and how they put up with me I do not know. Sharon on reception is just lovely, her youngest daughter is called Angel who is making her 1st holy communion soon. Douglas signed my Irish passport form for me and the Irish passport office rang them to confirm I am who I am. I then received my passport. I am so grateful to my dentist for doing this for me. A few years ago I got an opportunity to work with a Dentist in training and I am delighted to say that he passed his final exams with me as his patient. He is a fully qualified professional now and I am glad that I was in a position to help.

I have more than a normal fear of the dentist, thankfully Roseanne & Cat took their time to settle my nerves, spoke in detail of each step from jag to filling and made what I usually find an unbearable visit to the dentist not as painstaking. All staff are extremely professional, friendly, patient and ive booked my next appts without haste! Extremely happy with the work that's been carried out, from start to finish I felt no pain and I have a lovely new white filling in place of a silver my tooth looks like normal again! Thanks ladies, highly recommend.

This practice used to be good. So good. Then the amazing staff left. Now the staff they have are rude. They don't tell you what they are about to do to your mouth. So you are in pain and they inflict more pain without telling you. How can someone just inject your mouth and start off a procedure without telling you what they are doing? Then the worst part, the members of staff don't speak to you......they speak amongst themselves about their personal lives in front of you!!! Disgusting!! I am never going there again.

Was scared of the dentist for so may years but all the staff, front of house and in surgery made it really comfortable when getting my filling done. Recommended to a lot of friends and family who also love this place A++

receptionist is an absalute clown who needs a new job not working with members of the public and the guy who owns the dental practice isnt much better removed me from the dental register for no reason whatsoever then blocked my home phone from getting throgh then denied it i checked with two diffrent phones and there excuse was they were busy thankfully theres 10x better dental places nearby DO NOT use this dentist they have so many claims and awful dental treatment worst dentist in the UK by a mile owner didnt seem bothred at all then made a point of trying to be clever on the phone when i pointed out his staffing issues not the type of customer service or behavoir you would expect from a repatable "Dental practice"
