Great customer service, got seen the same day to get my jaw checked. Had a bit of a gap cos of constant hospital appointments and was listened to and understood. Once i said about my fybro ive been accomodated and well looked after and understood. My hygienist is fantastic aswell, super friendly and accomodating after a bad experience this puts me as ease massively. Also been given some recommendations to make me cleans easier aswell.

I had a back molar removed for the first time and was extremely nervous. The staff were absolutely fantastic. The lady who carried out the extraction was amazing, so kind, calming, and reassuring throughout. She made me feel safe and secure, which is exactly what you need when you’re feeling scared and vulnerable. Brilliant dentist, I couldn’t have asked for better care.

Service was excellent, after my check up found I needed 3 existing fillings refilled. The dental technician managed to do this without having me having to return, due to the next patient failing to turn up for their appointment. I was made to feel completely at ease, even though the anaesthetic did not fully act on one of my fillings so had a temporary one done and repeat again in 6 months. My only problem is that although her English is very good I find it very difficult to grasp everything the technician is telling me, due to the accent, and partially may be to my hearing, but I felt I was in very good hands, and couldn’t have got any better treatment if I was a private patient. Thank you very much for everything and I shall not be dreading my next appointment in September as I was this last one.

Had a Saturday morning appointment here with Dr Eugene Marais To have a tooth removed and an implant to put in. I was a little nervous to start with, but thanks to the lovely Dental assistances Lynn and Bec I was made to feel right at ease😊. Dr. Eugene explained everything that was going to happen, everything was made ready like in an operating theatre & half an hour or so later it was all over, a quick & painless procedure done with professionalism & the upmost care. Thankyou so much for looking after me & I’m looking forward to see you again Mr Eugene Marais at my next visit in three months time😊

The lady dentist that I saw at my emergency appointment was very professional skilled and kind. She spent half an hour provided excellent care during my emergency appointment. She gave me very good advice after the procedure. From the moment I entered dental surgery reception everybody I met was excellent.

Took my son here for his 1st appointment, very cheerful reception staff, ready to help. Explained everything. Dentist was lovely, and explained what she was going to do and what happens next. Highly recommend the company.

I recently had a tooth removed at the Dental Design Studio by Dr Nick. I was impressed by Dr Nick and his team's professionalism. What could have been a difficult extraction was in fact less painful and a lot quicker. I believe that Dr Nick is probably one of the best dentist in the country. Mr Cox
