The whole team is amazingly professional and understanding! I am a very nervous patient,but feel listened to. The receptionist is wonderful and always manages to magic up a solution for urgent matters. They deal with anything from dental surgeries/extractions to check ups efficiently, professionally and with kindness. My daughter and I have been clients of Sarah's for nearly 15 years. She is a gorgeous lady and a fabulous dentist. Recently Colemans have finally introduced a computerized system so its so much easier to book.
As a very nervous and terrified patient I have been seeing Mr Robert Coleman for years. He has always been incredibly understanding, gentle and kind. Last week I faced my ultimate phobia of having a tooth extraction... I was a shaking, crying mess when I went in. After 30 minutes it was all over and I felt no pain during the procedure. Robert let me take my time, all the staff were incredibly supportive and lovely. They even phoned me the next day to see how I was. I highly praise the staff and Mr Coleman for all the care and would thoroughly recommend to all.
