It took just over a year form my sons teeth to be staightend . And I must say time well spent from the very first visit it was friendly professional timely no messing. The staff though I imagine are very busy but you are always greeted well. Great timely texts to remind you of your appointments all very helpful. Would I recommend this practice 100percent you will be in very good hands. Many thanks to all .

Right from the first time I entered, I was greeted with such warm and friendly staff. I had ceramic braces fitted with such professional quality by each of the orthodontists. I didn’t even like showing my teeth at first, now I’m more than happy to give big smiles. 5/5 absolutely recommend!

After years of hiding my smile due to gaps and crooked teeth, I didn’t have much hope when I first visited Christchurch Orthodontics three years ago. Being in my 30s, I honestly thought nothing could be done. I couldn’t have been more wrong—WOW! For the past three years, I’ve received incredible care from everyone at the clinic, from the orthodontists to the receptionists. Today, I have straight teeth, no gaps, and a smile I’m truly proud of 😁. Thank you so much to the amazing team at XCH Orthodontics!

Received treatment from Massoud. Made mistakes. Was dismissive of my concerns. Overall very poor experience. Ladies at reception were lovely and friendly. Under the General Dental Council Standards, the practice was legally obligated to give me the full name of the orthodontist who treated me. I asked my orthodontist, they said the receptionists would tell me. When I asked at reception, the practice manager refused to do this. They specifically said ‘We do not have to do that’. If something went wrong, which it did, you cannot be expected to complain or seek clarification without knowing who treated you. Withholding this information seriously undermines professional accountability. Very disappointing experience to be honest. Expect better. They have replied to this with ‘We are very sorry that you found your experience at this practice disappointing and therefore invite you to contact the practice directly so that this can be investigated further.’ On their website, it says they investigate verbal complaints as well as online complaints. I was taken to an empty room upstairs by the manager to give my verbal complaint and run down of what happened. So based on their website, I have already done what they have asked of me in their response. Moreover, considering one of the complaints is about the manager who deals with the complaints, seems a bit pointless.

The staff here are absolutely lovely and very patient! They have made my teeth absolutely wonderful and so worth the wait with braces! Would highly recommend

I have just finished my treatment at Christchurch Orthodontists. What a 3 years it has been !! I believe l must have been a great challenge to Mr David Tehrani and his team. But they rose to it !! They have all been fantastic with my treatment. So patient, kind, understanding, efficient, professional, and very thorough. An excellent specialist company very well run. Very deserving of 5 STARS.
