We booked a consultation at Portman for my teenage son and were incredibly impressed with the care and honesty we received. During the appointment, we were advised that he qualified for NHS treatment, and the orthodontist kindly arranged the referral so that he could receive care through the NHS at no cost to us. I really appreciated her integrity and professionalism, as she could easily have focused on private treatment options instead. The experience left a very positive impression, and I would not hesitate to choose Portman for my own treatment as an adult. The honesty, transparency, and patient-centred approach we received gave me complete confidence in the clinic.

A really positive experience. Just had my braces taken off after 3 years in their care. I was always made to feel comfortable and aware of exactly what was going on. The orthodontists are so kind and supportive and made sure I had the best possible experience and achieved the perfect smile. The practice is popular and busy so the wait times if you have to cancel an appointment last minute can be long however thats to be expected. Overall Ive had such a great experience and would highly recommend this practice 🙂

I have now had the pleasure of using Portman Smile Clinic on two occasions for both my children. The service from start to finish has always been exceptional. Barry cannot do enough for you. I have found all staff to be professional and friendly and advice when needed is easy to obtain. To top it all they have a beautifully clean and modern Clinic. My son was patient here 2 years and every part of his care has been outstanding. They are friendly and efficient and a few times when his brace broke they got us straight in to fix it. He now has beautiful teeth Thank you smile clinic 😁

My daughter’s teeth are beautiful, the clinic were so good, full of advice and support. They were really accommodating with appointments too understanding that it’s hard to fit around school and work. I’m very glad my daughter had her treatment here.
