Came for a dental hygienist appointment with Lucia, who is great. Cleaned my teeth really well and felt comfortable throughout the appointment. Showed me which tools I should use for flossing and what stage my teeth health was at to keep them healthy. No pressure to buy anything or do any procedures unnecessarily. Amazing service as always from when I started coming as a teenager. 🥳

I had a dental scale and polish today with Lucia, who is an excellent dental hygienist. I was extremely satisfied with her service! She’s kind, professional, and I felt completely in expert hands. She did a fantastic job—my teeth feel clean and fresh! At the end, she explained everything clearly and gave me great tips on proper dental care. I highly recommend her services!😀

Booked in for what was supposed to be a simple £27 check-up and left wondering how it turned into a sales pitch. Apparently everything with my teeth was "fine," yet within minutes I was being steered toward extra add-ons I never asked for, including a £150 mouth guard that felt completely unnecessary. It was the kind of assumptive selling where they talk as if you’ve already agreed to buy it. It’s uncomfortable and honestly pretty off-putting when you came in for a routine check, not a shopping trip. Timing matters as well. People have real expenses and priorities in their lives. Turning a straightforward appointment into a push for more money feels tone-deaf, especially when the treatment itself was supposedly all good. What’s worse is the clear attitude toward NHS patients. The vibe couldn’t have been more obvious: unless you’re going private and spending more, you’re not exactly the priority here. Dentistry in the UK already has a reputation problem, and experiences like this don’t help. If the focus was more on patient care and less on upselling, people might actually leave feeling looked after rather than squeezed for every extra pound. Wouldn’t recommend.

Simply the best dentist I’ve had. Reception are attentive and respectful, communication is outstanding. My dentist was Sashi and he made me so relaxed and comfortable. Took an awful tooth out in only 20 mins start to finish. Absolute legend!

Really good dental practice. Routine inspection found crack in filling. Treatment options explained clearly (together with costs). Worked carried out quickly and professionally. Support staff friendly and knowledgable, too. Bonus: in hot weather, surgeries and waiting rooms are air conditioned.
