I've been so impressed with the absolutely stellar service I've always had from the entire team at NUYU. They really are fantastic. I've always had a lot of dental issues and it's really important to me to know that I am in safe hands. Recently they fitted me in for a same day emergency appointment because I was in very severe and sudden pain. Ellen and the rest of the team were their usual caring, concerned and extremely helpful selves, and Imogen gave up a huge amount of her time to assess the problem and provide me with an outstanding level of care. She was kind, highly competent and diligent in leaving absolutely no stone unturned to help me. The whole experience was, as always, incredibly supportive at a time when I needed it most - I genuinely can't praise the practice highly enough. Thank you all!

First impressions when walking into the Cheltenham clinic, wow this is beautiful! The atmosphere is relaxing and the staff at the front desk are welcoming. My Invisalign journey so far has been streamlined and effortless thanks to Dr Shaz and Ellie. Dr Shaz discussed my goals and how they can be achieved, digital images allow you to see the final results. I highly recommend the practice and will recommend to friends and family.

I can’t recommend this dental practice highly enough. The customer service is genuinely the best I’ve experienced — from the moment you walk in, you feel welcomed and looked after. Dr Shaz is exceptional. Always makes me feel completely at ease, take the time to listen, and somehow just get exactly what I’m looking for. There’s a real sense of trust and care in every appointment, which makes such a difference. If you’re someone who gets even slightly anxious about dental visits, this is absolutely the place to go. Professional, attentive, and consistently high-quality service every time.

I've recently moved to Nuyu from MyDentist in Cheltenham, the difference in customer service and treatments are night and day. Ellen at reception was so helpful and friendly. I had Imogen and Laura carry out my clean, it was such a positive and pain free experience, which is new to me for a dental visit. I'm very happy I've joined and wish I had sooner. Thank you! A side note, the practice is such a pleasant place to be with on site parking!

I am relatively new with NUYU Practice in Chelts , but have been with Dr Naiz Khan since 2009 under a different location. Dr Khan is the best dentist in the world! I am an extremely anxious client where my teeth are concerned, due to ghost of past bad dentists interventions. Dr Khan is like the tooth fairy, delicate, light and lovely.
