I’ve had a consistently excellent experience at Arnica Dental Practice. My dentist, Nicola, and hygienist, Lesley, are both incredibly kind, calm, and considerate. They take the time to talk me through each step of the process, which I find really reassuring and helpful. Their professional yet gentle approach makes me feel calm. The reception staff are always friendly and helpful, even when the systems are playing up – they remain patient and professional throughout. It’s clear that the whole team cares about delivering a high standard of service and making patients feel comfortable. Highly recommended!

I moved to Arnica and so did my son and my mum. We all like going there, find the treatments very good and we like our dentist and hygienist. Also I had developed gum disease and they have managed to stop this and show me how to prevent it from returning. I definitely recommend Arnica if you are in the Cheltenham area.

I had a fantastic experience with Arnica for wisdom tooth removal and would highly recommend. I was extremely worried for this however the team was reassuring and recommended sedation so that I did not remember the surgery. From the consultation to the aftercare, everything went very smoothly and I felt very safe in the experienced hands of Toby, Maisie, and Kasia.

I’ve saw Gill for routine appointments a few years ago and decided to come back to arnica after having some issues. Booked in for a check up and got the same amazing service as always, needed some further work doing as an emergency and gill really went above and beyond. When I first visited arnica I could barely walk through the door for fear, but with the help from everyone there I can now calmly and comfortably get everything I need done no panic or tears! I choose sedation due to nerves and always feel super informed and in control of what is happening, would never go anywhere else. Thanks Gill and your team 😁x

I have just had a check up and hygienist appointment with Nicola and Lesley and they were absolutely fantastic. I am a nervous patient, especially with hygiene appointments as they are usually very painful for me. However this time it was actually comfortable and I’m slightly lost for words! After having a dentist snap my tooth I was referred here, I am not a fan of the dentist and was quite anxious about this procedure however Toby was very professional and made me feel very relaxed both Maisie and Kasia were very attentive and reassuring. Toby popped out the roots in what felt like a second and the procedure was over. I'm extremely happy with the care I received and would like to reassure anyone reading this you are in good hands. Rick
