Fantastic experience with dentist Ben today. Although it was only a check up I felt like his knowledge and how he explained in detail to my questions I had around the change in my gums were really helpful. He also seen my 3 year old which was her first time at the dentist and as you can imagine she went in extremely nervous however all the nerves vanished from her with Ben and she actually found the whole experience really fun. She was extremely happy that he was impressed with her brushing skills and is now saying she wants to be a dentist 😂 thanks for inspiring her Ben! I also had a hygienist clean with kesina. She was really friendly and instantly made me feel at ease. I feel like she is super thorough and really makes sure she gets the job done as well as possible! My teeth feel gorgeous and clean and I’m convinced they look brighter even though it was just a standard hygiene appointment! Also its my first time back since the new building works have been completed and it looks amazing! Reception staff also amazingly friendly and welcoming. Thanks very much guys!

I cannot recommend Nina highly enough ❤️ she has worked so hard with me over the last year to get me to a point where I can just about manage a hygienist visit without me being significantly anxious beforehand- a massive achievement! I don’t enjoy visiting the hygienist at all but it just goes to show that if your hygienist is kind, caring, compassionate and good at what she does, she can earn your trust and when that happens, it just makes everything so much better. I recently had a tooth extraction here and the experience was excellent. The dentist was very professional, gentle, and explained everything clearly which really helped me feel at ease. The procedure was quick and much less stressful than I expected. The staff were also very friendly and supportive, and the aftercare instructions were clear and helpful. I’m very grateful for the great care I received and would highly recommend this practice.

Great Dentist. Been coming for a nearly a decade. Staff are friendly and professional and offer great service. I've had Michael as dentist and he's been fantastic with some recent treatment. Nina the hygienist has also been great with advice especially for me being dyspraxic.

Arden House is a bright, warm, delightful and friendly place. This afternoon i had absolutely excellent hygienist treatment from Ksenia! She was kind, professional and very thorough. There was absolutely no discomfort at all during the session, or in the aftermath. My teeth feel wonderful it was a very positive experience indeed. Thank you so much.

My children had a teeth cleaning lesson with Emma. She was very patient and engaging and taught them that even things that they thought were healthy could have quite a lot of sugar in them. I think my children are cleaning their teeth much better after their appointment. I would recommend.
