I had a big dental treatment at Goodleigh Dental Practice and I’m very thankful for the care I received. Dr. Crina was very kind, patient and professional throughout the whole process. She made me feel comfortable and looked after me very well. I would also like to thank Ilayda, the treatment coordinator, who was always very friendly, helpful and supportive during my treatment. They both made a difficult experience much easier for me. Thanks to their care and hard work my teeth were saved and I’m very happy with the result. I really appreciate everything they did for me and I highly recommend this practice.

Friendly, professional staff & decent surgeries. Ilayda, the Patient Coordinator went out of her way to straighten out an issue I had and was very helpful with my invoices regarding my dental insurance policy. I felt very well looked after.

Absolutely delighted with your service. Great reception staff -- all three. Lovely feel to the reception too. The Surgeon was so supportive and caring. I felt, from the off, that he (and his dental assistant) were extremely competent. He answered all of my questions and concerns with care and clarity. I explained that I was a little nervous and listened and was appropriate in his approach to me. I felt very calm, at ease and supported. Really lovely staff, reception staff are lovely and so helpful booking me in last minute. I’ve been to hygienist there and also Dr Phil Wyatt. Both lovely and clear with explaining anything I needed to keep in mind regarding my teeth in the future. Nurse Illayda was also super friendly and clear with her instructions. Thank you all:)

I visited this dental practice for an emergency appointment due to severe tooth pain. The reception staff were excellent, very welcoming and helpful. However, the dental appointment itself was very disappointing. It felt extremely rushed (only a couple of minutes), and the dentist did not properly listen to my concerns. I explained that I felt the pain was coming from a different tooth, but this was dismissed without proper assessment. A temporary filling was placed quickly without a clear explanation or a full examination. I was not given a treatment plan or any follow-up instructions. I am still in significant pain after the visit, which suggests the issue was not properly addressed. I understand emergency appointments are time-limited, but I expected better communication and clearer guidance. Overall, I left feeling unheard and unsure about my treatment.

I’d like to thank all the staff at Goodleigh. The warm welcome on reception when I walked in for the first time, the dentist who put me at ease by explaining everything about my treatment so I could clearly understand it and talked me through each step whilst I was in the chair. Being a nervous patient beforehand, I left the practice feeling more relaxed and confident. The staff are amazing! I highly recommend Goodleigh Dental.

For many years I lived with a severe phobia, very few remaining teeth, and little confidence to smile or speak freely. As a fellow registered nurse, I appreciate what excellent healthcare looks like — and your compassion, skill and professionalism have completely transformed my life. From the moment I first came to your practice you both made me feel calm and at ease. The gentle reassurance, clear explanations and quiet confidence you showed during every step of my treatment helped me face fears I thought I never could. Your technical expertise in repairing my remaining teeth and fitting my dentures is outstanding, and the results are more than cosmetic — they have restored my ability to speak, smile and engage with the world without shame or anxiety. Because of you I have regained my confidence, and — incredibly — even found love again. That is something I never expected and I will always be grateful for the role you’ve played in giving me a second chance at happiness. You are two of the most remarkable women I have had the privilege to meet. I feel so fortunate to have chosen your practice and to have been allocated to Dr Amina and Anca.
