Bupa Dental Care Chelmsford

With the dentist being something that we all endure rather than enjoy! It was the most pleasurable experience I could have had for getting a root canal. Very professional and competent with patient comfort priority, what more could you want from a dentist.

I had a hygienist appointment on the 22nd of October 2025 with Adele and Katey. They were welcoming from the get-go, and took the time to properly understand my oral health before getting started. Adele checked me for oral cancer (very important!), and gave me a thorough clean - making sure I was comfortable and not in pain throughout. I left feeling like I had new teeth! Overall, I had a really good experience with them, and would specifically book an appointment with them in the future!

Great dental care but woeful administration. I’ve received a text message, cancelling my appointment for June 2nd (it’s April 20th today). Upon trying to rebook this appointment, the only availability you have June 15, July 20 and next 7th September! 3 days of availability in 5 months! Get a grip on your admin

Not a long wait, tidy, the perfect appointments. At first, when I enter, it is well set up, with positive notes of walls & it is pleasantly friendly & safe, which can relate to others. The waiting rooms were clean & not so stuffy with not too many people without a bore around. Does it prove that your dentist is always prepared? AA. As long as you are not [too] early, wait no more. Finally, the dentists office are so beautiful with SMILES on the dentists faces. Your check up is so simple & efficient coming with good advice at the end. It is a fortunate thing that I live close to this place.

Got my invisalign treatment here. Antara and Allanah always very welcoming and helpful throughout the treatment. Was able to get an appointment quickly if I had any queries/concerns. Treatment had gone very well. Thank you

The dentist Sophia is amazing, the best dentist I have ever had and the dental nurse - Katey, was lovely, kind and really put me at ease for my treatment. The best team!
