Baddow Dental Practice - Chelmsford

Absolutely wonderful dental practice. Vanita Sharma is my regular dentist and she is so kind and caring every time I visit. I recently had a baby, and came back for my first appointment with baby in tow. Vanita made so much effort to make the appointment go smoothly whilst keeping baby happy. I really appreciate the kindness, that’s why I wanted to write a review. Thank you so much The reception team are always friendly as well.

Incompetence at its highest! I have called on the 7th of May to book an appointment for my child,it was confirmed for the 20th May which is today, at 1045 AM. I had to move my days around so that I can have today off to get to the appointment,which hasn't been registered in to the system by the lady I spoke to on the 7th May. Now,that you can't do a basic job,it's not the customer fault,as they were also trying to blame me that I didn't get an email confirmation of the said appointment, like I would care how you run your clinic. The way they have handled the situation was disgraceful,telling me that we need to wait without telling me for how long as if I have nothing else to do. I won't be using them ever again! Do better for your patients!

As a nervous person I was made to feel very calm by the 2 receptionists and my dentist for the emergency appointment was awesome, Aaron was calming and everything went really well. I would certainly recommend this practice and have booked to go back for other treatments. 5 🌟 👍🦷 I’ve just finished my treatment and now got the confidence to smile again, very happy 😃 👇👇before and after. 10/10

I have been a patient at this practice for many years. Even now, I travel 100miles to see the staff at this great practice for my check-ups and treatment. The dentists are amazing, especially Zahra. The nurses are very good too. I was absolutely terrified when I first visited, the dentist put my mind at rest and reassured me throughout my visit. I would recommend to absolutely anyone.

Not sure if I've written a review before but just in case I haven't.. I'm a very nervous patient at the dentist, have always had anxiety. Firstly I love that I have nervous patient on my form which means the staff are always aware of it. Secondly for the last few years or so I've had Phillipa and she's absolutely brilliant. She always puts me at ease & I've ended up enjoying my visits which is not like me at all! I find she's as gentle as she can be doing the treatments which have been so easy with my recent visits She also remembers details of things we've talked about like asking me about my recently adopted cat today which was very unexpected & so lovely, my last appointment was like 7 months ago and she has a lot of patients so either she was able to remember that detail or thought to make a note of it to revisit, either way that's above and beyond to me I literally think about how if I moved house I would feel stressed about finding a new dentist! Just a review of appreciation for the practice & specifically Phillipa, thanks team

The staff are all so kind and make something that most people don't enjoy, an easy experience. The reception staff are so accommodating and have always gone above and beyond to make sure I'm seen and helped when I need. Phillipa is a brilliant dentist - I'm glad I'm a patient here.

We were warmly welcomed by the receptionists and during her appointment my daughter was instantly put at ease. The dentist explained what he was doing every step of the way and demonstrated how the tools worked and what to expect. He used language she understood and regularly checked she was okay throughout the procedure. I highly recommend this practice and the dentists/dental nurses.
