I’ve been to this dentist many times since they took over from the previous owners. They are consummate professionals. I’ve had treatment by both Iman & Sultan. They’ve both been superb. They’ve addressed any concerns, offered advice & generally just been extremely professional whilst also being understanding. The support staff, nurses, receptionists are equally worthy of praise too. Excellent service overall. Sultan administered an involved complex procedure to me today & was absolutely brilliant. Both dentists have been amazing & human not clinical like some medical professionals can be. Definitely a good practice to be part of if you can.

I had an exceptionally positive experience at the dentist yesterday with Sultan Farag and his dental nurse Nasim. I was quite nervous even though I was having minor treatment, traumatic memories of dental treatment many years ago have stayed with me! I was made to feel very comfortable by Farag and Nasim. Nasim gave a quiet gesture before the treatment commenced which was very kind and supportive. It didn’t go unnoticed Nasim, thank you. Farag has a lovely sunny personality whilst also being very professional. Thank you for playing my choice of music, I almost fell asleep! I cannot recall ever leaving a dentist after treatment feeling so relaxed! Thank you to the receptionists Karen and Sadie for your support and service as well. Good team work is important. My wife and I had our 6-monthly check-up at Smile Club, Cheadle Hulme, on Tuesday earlier this week. Both of us required some treatment which we booked for later in the week. Our appointments were arranged to minimise the need for travelling to and from home to the Dental Practice. Throughout what were quite lengthy visits, the staff were outstanding - displaying good humour and a friendly calm approach whilst being professional and purposeful at all times. We were made to feel relaxed throughout, and enjoyed the personal contact that was freely given to help us feel at ease. Karen welcomed us at reception with good humour and Emma worked hard to ensure the required treatment bookings were fitted in so well and in such a short timescale. She even managed to fit my wife in for a last-minute Hygeinist appointment (which she found excellent and helpful) during one of my treatment sessions due to a cancellation. Our Dentist, Dr Sultan Faraj, was both efficient and reassuring throughout, very well supported by his dental nurses, making the experience a pleasure. We would both highly recommend this outstanding Dental Practice to anyone seeking a caring and professional service where patients are put at the centre of everything. I have been coming to this dental practice since I was a teenager, so about 35 years !! It was taken over a few years ago and it is now better than ever. Sophie the hygienist is absolutely brilliant, I'm not a huge fan of having my teeth scraped and cleaned but she makes it pain free and easy. She explains everything very clearly, which is the most important part for me. £70 (NHS) for a thorough and deep teeth clean is a bargain in my eyes. Cheers Sophie.

I felt that the checks are very minimal. I literally sat down within 3 minutes I was out of the consultation room. The dentist I was allocated when I have registered with the practice was very thorough she actually did all the checks not superficial. The girls at the reception are wonderful and helpful I do love the service they provide.

I recently had a dental implant fitted and the process has been smooth and easy at all stages. The treatment was thoroughly explained, I was given time to ask questions and am really happy with the result. Salman and Terrie were professional and kind at all times.

As is the way one of my front, upper teeth snapped off at the gum on the Saturday before the late May bank holiday Monday. I rang Smile Club just after they opened on 26 May. After explaining my demise I was given an appointment for later that day at 15.25. I saw my dentist, Matthew Sin, who checked the problem and gave me the choice of tidying it up or extracting it. I elected the extraction. Job done and I was back home at 15.55. Excellent service all round. Thank you very much.
