Excel Dental

I had an incredibly positive experience at Excel Dental today. The entire team-from the welcoming receptionist to the dental nurse and Dr Tayyaba were exceptionally friendly and professional. Dr Tayyaba and her team were gentle during my examination, thoroughly explained my x-rays, and took the time to answer all my questions. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for professional and stress-free dental care!

I have recently joined excel dental and I am very impressed with how friendly and welcoming all the dentists and receptionists are my dentist yousrah is amazing she calmed my nerves straight away and is so lovely , ive always been able to get an appointment when needed nothing is to much trouble for them highly recommend 😊

After needing an emergency appointment and subsequent extraction, and being very nervous, I was seen straight away, and I must say how good Dr Tayyaba Ali was. Really helped put me at ease and the procedure was flawless and quick. I can't thank you guys enough.

Parveen is my NHS dentist and I'm just so lucky to have her. She's so knowledgeable and efficient. Her bar is set high and she's more than a cut above your average dentist. My NHS work, and the advice I receive, is at a premium standard. I trust her so much that I've recently had some private cosmetic work and chose Parveen to carry it out after speaking with her, and also researching all my other options both at home and abroad. I felt like Parveen was simply the best choice for the improvements and results I was looking for. I was right! Bleaching, Invisalign and some emax veneers have given my teeth and smile a new lease of life. Some of my friends now want to see her. I've been with Excel since they opened. Everyone employed here is at a high level. They're fussy about who to employ and I love that

Absolutely appalling behaviour from multiple members of staff - and not the first time. First dentist sniggered at my son when he became upset and told him "I’ve not even done anything yet" Saw a different dentist the next time, my appointment had been booked incorrectly and he doesn’t deal with NHS patients, so when he found out I was one, his whole demeanour changed and I was treated disrespectfully. Then I go out to speak to the receptionist who didn’t even look at me or acknowledge my existence. She then proceeded to walk off, didn’t say goodbye, and left me stood on my own in the reception area for over 20 minutes with complete access to anything in the reception area ie patient records / phones / computers etc I was stood there awaiting someone to discuss what had just happened, and when they open the door, the receptionist is in the dental chair having her teeth done!! Couldn’t make it up! Spoke to them about this awful service, and of course they were very apologetic, but it came teamed with poor reasons for their bad behaviour. "I’m sorry but…" isn’t an apology. AVOID AT ALL COSTS !!!!!!

I waited till after having multiple appointments before writing this. (also I haven't been to the dentist prior to this in 10 years due to general anxiety, if you're in the same boat just do it!) Brief Rating Overview Price - Very standard and transparent pricing (no numeric rating here) Admin Staff - 5/5 Ease of booking - 5/5 Treatment Experience - 15/15 (3 appointments so 5/5 for each). Cleanliness - 5/5 Flexibility - 5/5 (allowed me to spread out appointments) I can assure you any low - star ratings are the fault of the reviewer or an unfortunate misunderstanding. Longer form review The admin staff were warm and friendly, even during a very busy period, answered any questions I had and made things very clear to follow. I saw Dr Moiz for my treatment (fillings) and I would highly recommend. Throughout treatment I felt reassured, safe and pain free! As someone who hadn't been in a decade I was quite anxious, I was completely put at ease by everyone, especially Dr Moiz. Dr Moiz also answered any questions I had so I could make sense of what is happening and why. The advice Dr Moiz gave was really easy to understand and gave me a much better picture of dental hygiene! Additionally, the centre is visibly very clean, warm and comfy chairs to sit in.

After not visiting a dentist for over 12 years I was dreading going. I was so wrong to worry. 1. Parking is excellent. 2 All staff are so friendly/supportive from the minute I called. 3. The dentist is honest and their care/treatment is truly excellent. I highly recommend.
