Pond House Dental Practice - Chalfont St Giles

Malcom Brady is the best dentist you'll ever encounter. His assistant is also lovely and both have been amazing with my anxiety. The receptionists are generally very helpful, friendly and accommodating. The last two times, I was told my dentist was unavailable for an appointment but I discovered it was possible to book with him online through the website so I'd recommend this route as a booking method. Highly recommend this practice!

What a lovely dental practice. Although I was only there for an emergency appointment, I was made to feel incredibly welcome from the moment I arrived. The receptionist was so friendly with everyone who came in—you can really tell she enjoys her job. I was seen by Malcolm, who was warm, caring, and reassuring. He gave me plenty of information and made me feel completely at ease. I honestly wish I were going back for my next check-up!

I was lucky to get a same day appointment with Dr Hershal to check on some tooth pain I was having. He was very thorough and reassuring and we have a plan going forwards. Dr Hershal is not my regular dentist and I was a little nervous of seeing someone new but I thought he was great. The price was extremely good for all his time and the x rays. I’ve been going to this surgery for over 30 years (even though I do t live locally any more) and highly recommend for all the family.

Emergency appointment for my son as our dentist was closed. Can’t thank them enough, receptionist was such a lovely lady and very helpful. Dentist Hershal Shah was brilliant, put my son at ease, explained everything in a calm and gentle way. Thank you so much

as usual my experience at the Pond House Dental practice was excellent. Friendly and jolly receptionist, my hygienist Barbara is a real diamond, And Malcolm clean notice stuff. I can highly recommend.

Barbara the Hygienist did an amazing job cleaning and scales polish my teeth today. She was very thorough, made me feel at ease as a first time patient to hydrotherapy clean. Highly recommend.
