Bupa Dental Care Castleford

I have 3 children and they each have a different dentist and all 3 are amazing. Ayad has my eldest and he is always polite friendly puts my daughter at ease and explains everthing. My son saw Kena and we hadnt seen her before but the way she explained to him why its so important to clean you teeth day and night waw brilliant. He is 10 and she eplained it perfectly so he understands. But the biggest thankyou goes to David. My daugter had 2 teeth out today has part of her orthodontist treatment. Her own words were he makes me feel calm. Evie has had David for a while now and he always remembers she plays rugby. He is just an amazing human. She wouldnt have let anyone else take her teeth out today he has built that trust with Evie over time and this is so important for Evie who can be shy and nervous. Would highly recommend using Bupa they are fab!!!

Iv been a patient here all my life and seen many dentist teams but hamza and Lauren are my absolute favourite. Hamza is such a nice kind and patient dentist and very thorough. He explained everything he was looking for and what he was doing next whilst Lauren chatted away and made a very nervous patient feel at ease. Some people are rude and impatient when they feel they are seeing a new dentist but there’s no need. Everyone is new at someone and it costs nothing to be kind. Team hamza&lauren and the best!

Absolutely fantastic treatment from Kena, Sheryl and Millie all 3 of them went above and beyond and was very professional. All 3 did a great job reassuring me and explaining everything to me that made me feel comfortable and safe. I could not be any happier with the treatment and the result I've got its made me feel like i can smile again with confidence 😀 Also the front desk staff seemed very nice and helpful and helped me understand the paperwork side of things on my first visit and even rang me to get me in sooner then Expected 🙂

Had my check up with Hamzah and Sheryl, both were absolutely brilliant. Was the most attentive check up I’ve had for years, wasn’t rushed in and out, Hamzah explained everything he was doing and Sheryl was amazing too. Very happy with this appointment and hope to keep Hamzah as my regular dentist!

Huge thanks to the team at Bupa Castleford. Even though I’m still waiting for an NHS slot elsewhere, they took me in as an emergency with a bad toothache. They did two X-rays, diagnosed the issue, and fixed it painlessly under local anaesthesia. I could finally eat a proper meal without pain. Highly professional and highly recommended.

My dentist use to be David, after needing an emergency appt and being booked in with Ayad I have since started being booked in with him. Both David and Ayad are super friendly and professional. I particularly like Ayads ability to really empathise with patients and get on their level, he communicates clearly and uses diagrams to explain things- I think this is brilliant seen as though we don’t all have dentistry degrees!! I would not hesitate to see either of these dentists.

Been today for a emergency appointment for my son the receptionist's was fantastic getting him in and seen. But most of all the dentist (ayad) who my son see's he is absolutely fantastic with him my son didn't want to come in the room which ayad made him feel welcomed, made him at ease he got ADHD, he can't sit still but he talked him through everything what he was doing keeping him calm.
