Vikki has been my dentist for many years. She’s kind and helpful always smiling. I trust she is very good at her job and always does an outstanding job. I recommend Vikki to my friends and family and they have all received a great service. I will continue to use Vikki as I don’t trust anyone else to do a competent job like she had over the years.

I am an extremely nervous patient and Victoria, Kelsey and the team were all so kind and really put me at ease. I won't say the extraction was my favourite experience, but it was painless, quick and as stress-free as they could possibly make it for me. At all times I felt like I was in control and if I was uncomfortable they would stop and check I was ok. I really recommend this practice for anyone who is nervous or worried about dental work.

Our little girl was in pain and not registered with an NHS dentist due to the very long wait list. We found Parkside after some research as it was her first visit. Victoria was amazing. Patient, kind, explaining everything to our little one and advising of the best course of treatment for her. I’d have no hesitation in going back to Parkside or recommending to anyone. I've had a very positive experience with this dentist (Victoria). I'm a new patient (since Apr '23) and am very impressed so far. All treatment has been explained and costed in advance, and Victoria explains what she's doing as she goes along, which has given me confidence. The team at Parkside Dental practice are warm, welcoming and friendly. From my first interaction with them, everything has always been seamless (for example, the ease at being notified of cancellation appointments has been fantastic). As someone who is not a huge fan of going to the dentist, Victoria has been great at providing me with a balanced approach on treatment options and always takes the time to explain things clearly. You can tell she genuinely cares about her patients getting the best outcome and makes you feel very relaxed throughout the entire appointment.

All the staff are very welcoming and helpful. Victoria has helped me overcome my dental phobia with her excellent professional qualities. She is patient, kind and understanding. She has never rushed me and when she gives me an injection to numb the gums, I hardly feel any pain. I also feel that my needs are met and that I'm in safe hands.
