The dentist and dental nurse, Mina and Nadia were first class. I have autism and they put me at my ease straight away. It was explained , at every step, what was happening which I found really reassuring. I found the whole experience quite calming and nothing I was fearing… All I can add is a big thank you to them for the care and compassion they showed me

Mina and Nadia were amazing! I had a great experience at this dental office. They were both welcoming, professional, and truly care about patient comfort. Mina took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure I felt at ease throughout the entire process. Definitely recommend!

Very friendly welcome by the receptionist which she said was in this position for 3 months. Professional dentist and assistant. I’ve been coming to this surgery for the last 2 years and they have never had internet connectivity for patients… it is time for change while we have to wait to be seen… some of us need to carry on working or attending to messages that requires internet access. I personally think in today’s technology age is very poorly not to have internet connectivity while we wait for our appointment. Hence the low score review.

Been using this practice for 30 years. Always been fantastic for me. The practice has had a recent refresh and is clean, light and comfortable. My new dentist is outstanding: really clear communication, efficient and experienced while not in any way being rushed, so you are not in the chair any longer than necessary, great at injections and always calm. Let me share an an illustration of how professional and caring they are. I recently broke a tooth, so I rang up the practice in the late afternoon. They offered me an appointment the next morning, but I booked it for the first day I could make (about five days later). My dentist, actually took the time to ring me the next morning, just to check I wasn’t in any pain and to find out if I wanted or needed to come in the same day after all. I’ve never had that happen before. I was so impressed. Especially as I was recently able to register on their NHS list which helps a lot financially, but makes you worry if you will still get the same level of service. The answer to that question is a resounding yes! Reception staff are absolutely brilliant - nothing is too much trouble 🙂 Highly recommended.

Getting beyond fed up with the service from this dental practice!! Being cambridge town centre, traffic and parking is shocking and expensive. Almost every time i arrive im left waiting atleast 15 mins, having to extend my parking sessions and potentially risk parking tickets as can only extend a certain amount of times! Then the one time im 15 mins late the dentist refuses to see me. So its ok for them to keep me waiting 15 to 25 mins but when im late they refuse to see me! No consideration of parking costs, fuel and theyre constant terrible time keeping previously! Also seem to get more problems with my teeth each time i visit!

Thanks to Mina and Nadia, dream team for looking after me so well. I had to book an emergency appointment after cracking a tooth. Both very professional and clearly enjoy the work.
