Dentist spent plenty of time going through the options, giving me time to consider whilst showing me my X-rays and pointing out any areas of concern there. She is very kind and happy to answer questions. Receptionists are friendly and helpful and they do ring you back of you leave a voicemail, and respond to emails.

The dentist and dental nurse are amazing. I am nervous of dentists but they are so calm and nice. Honestly can praise them enough !!! Absolutley amazing

Appointments were cancelled twice without clear reasons, with inconsistent explanations and no proper notification of time changes. I was even told I missed an appointment due to a rescheduled time that was never confirmed. Communication from reception was poor and unhelpful throughout, leaving me waiting for weeks in ongoing dental pain with no resolution. Very disappointing and unprofessional service.

My son has special needs. Deimante, was absolutely amazing with him. From an anxious patient, she made him a very relaxed patient. She accommodate his needs so well! She is a person that makes a difference and goes extra mile for patients needs! Thank you, thank you, Deimante! You, are a star!

Always a positive experience with the reception staff as well the dentist that we’ve been seeing for over 15 years!

I am so impressed with the team at Cambourne Dental Clinic. I normally have Tamsin who is so friendly. She is also dentist to my children and we always say how lovely she is. I have had issues with an old veneer for ages now and Tamsin suggested that Aina may be able to help me. Aina has added composite to my tooth and worked a miracle so no need for my old mis fitting veneer. I was so impressed with her work. Aina and her dental nurse were so supportive. I would definitely recommend. Always had good experiences here for many years now.
