I had my first appointment at Bushey Dental Surgery today with Meera Galaiya. I found the whole experence excellent. Meera was extremely kind and thorough and made me completely comfortable. The consultation gave me great confidence in choosing to register with the surgery.

I was contacted four months after my appointment and asked to make an additional payment for treatment that had not been included in the original bill, despite having already paid in full at the time. The practice referred to their estimates only being valid for three months, however this was not communicated clearly in the context of completed and fully paid treatment. A reasonable interpretation is that payment must be made within that timeframe, not that additional charges can be raised months after treatment has already been completed and settled. If treatment items were missed from the original invoice, this should have been identified and addressed far sooner. Contacting patients months later for further payment after accounts have been settled is not something I would expect from a professional practice.

I had an appointment today with Dentist Ajit, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the experience. He was incredibly kind, professional, and made me feel at ease throughout my visit. His dental nurse was also lovely and very supportive. During the appointment, he carried out a thorough examination and took impression for my night guard, explaining everything clearly along the way. I truly appreciated the level of care and attention I received. Thank you for such excellent service — it was a pleasure to have my treatment with you. I will definitely be returning and would highly recommend this practice.

My nervous daughter needed two teeth removing in preparation for orthodontic work. Dr. Rahul Savjani and his dental nurse were both extremely patient and kind, helping her to feel completely at ease. Everything was explained clearly and nothing was too much bother. A fantastic experience from start to finish.
