Ramsbottom Dental Surgery

With trepidation after not visiting a dentist in over 20years, I walked into Ramsbottom dental surgery in August. I was met with very friendly staff who dealt with me immediately which gave me confidence in their manner and approach. I was given an appointment with Patrick that was the icing on the cake! What a really reassuring experience. I pointed out what I thought I needed. The whole appointment was relaxed, calm, reassuring and so confidence building for me. I booked my four future appointments and the last one was last Friday. I can highly recommend this dental surgery, I never once felt the feeling that I used to experience. I am still amazed at how I feel after having five teeth out and new ones put in, they are perfect, fit, colour and most important comfort and the confidence to smile again. Thank you Patrick and thank you Ramsbottom Dental surgery.

The reception staff, Joanne and Esha were all welcoming, professional patient and made sure you felt safe. Quite a Zen ambiance with a quality service. Highly recommend from a happy customer.

I have put off going to the dentist for over 15 years due to fear and also slight embarrassment. As soon as I walked in the practice the girls on reception and the nurses made me feel so at ease they are amazing. Going into the surgery took a lot but as soon as I met Maria a weight was lifted. What an amazing dentist! She made me feel so comfortable and I can’t thank her enough. I can’t wait to smile again so thank you all so much.

Recently taken on by this practice. I am an extremely nervous patient due to past bad experiences. Everyone from the reception staff to Sam the dentist are kind and welcoming. Sam listened to my fears and treated me with respect and kindness. I have been a couple of times now including an appointment for urgent treatment. Cannot fault the care given here. Maria is truly amazing. After years of being terrified and avoiding going to the dentist she has now got me on track to going every 6 months. I’ve had a tooth out, a filling without any needle and a clean in the last year. And it’s all down to Maria and her patience, kindness and professionalism.

This surgery is lovely all the reception staff are friendly and helpful. My dentist is Marie she is gentle and sweet always goes the extra mile to make sure you are happy with the treatment you have received. I recommend this dental surgery and Marie.

Visiting Maria is great. After a bad experience with a dentist when I was younger, it put me off going to the dentist for years even if I had an broken teeth. She has a calming manner talks you through the process and puts you at ease, and for me I get to talk about my favourite sport. Even if there's waiting list well worth going on it. Jane
