Guildhall Dental

Brilliant welcome team, not a long wait, lovely new dentist who was great with myself and my two small children (1 and 3). The only negative thins was the paperwork I had to fill in about historic health/medication. It would be more efficient to simply ask if anything had changed since last visit.

Brilliant dentist. The reception staff are lovely, and Samantha, the dentist I saw for my new patient examination, is so lovely and helpful. She made me feel very comfortable the whole time by talking me through what she was doing. I am very grateful to be a patient at this dentist.

I had two appointments the first was withJaina my Dentist, which was a follow-up for a deep Root clean that I had several weeks ago. Jaina took measurements And was very pleased with the results and I left her appointment feeling very confident and pleased with the results I then had a second appointment with Kelsey my hygienist she also took measurements and I think adjusted the figures that had been put onto the system from my previous appointment as she felt they were incorrect. If I’m honest the elation that I had experienced on the previous appointment was lost on the second as I felt perhaps my teeth/gums had not improved to the extent that I was told by Jaina. I am left feeling confused and not really knowing if the treatment I received was successful or not?!

I was referred to this practice by my dentist and was immediately put at ease. I have always had high anxiety around dental treatments, however after my consultation I have been left feeling excited about the treatments I will be having. Everything was explained in detail with different options outlined. I felt that I could ask any question and did not feel rushed into making any decision there and then. I cannot recommend Guildhall Dental enough.

I cannot state enough how wonderful my experience has been this week at Guildhall dental. I left my last practice because my appointments were constantly cancelled. Guildhall send me lots of reminders for my appointments. The dentist Irina was so incredibly kind and warm which is so important if you are someone who is a bit anxious about the dentist! She also noted that my throat seemed sore and suggested I go to the doctor prompting some support from the drs about repeated laryngitis. My hygienist was friendly and gave me some really good advice about jaw pain I’d been having. She was so lovely and we chatted a lot. I needed a mouthguard and an appointment was made to scan my teeth the very next day! Everyone here is friendly and it’s run efficiently. I was worried about spending the money going from an NHS practice to a private one but it’s been completely worth it. I feel in very safe hands!

SIMPLY the best decision I ever made, just wish I did it ten years ago! Tim has absolutely transformed my smile and confidence, his attention to detail and expertise is second to none, he and Jose made the whole process completely pain and stress free. I cannot recommend them enough! Thank you so much 🙏🏼

I’ve been coming to Guildhall Dental for a few years and have always had a great experience. The team are friendly and professional. Jaina is the best dentist... kind, gentle & reassuring. I had two fillings done today and she was fantastic as always.
