Lovely building/environment and very clean. All staff are friendly, professional and helpful. Great service

Good quality private dentist. Lovely lady hygienist upstairs. Nice reception team, always helpful and friendly. Nice waiting area and parking outside. Usually runs on time too.

On arrival I was made to feel welcome by Fiona and Jenny, both very pleasant and professional, it was nice to see the practice manager Sue checking in with staff, I was next in to see Mrs Haskell who as is always a pleasure to see, professional caring kind and gentle with my teeth, then onto my hygienist Kerry, supported by Andrea, these two individuals are not only professional, kind and caring people but also the reason I don't fear going to the dentist, they take time to explain what they're doing and interested in me as a person checking in on surgery I'd had over 12 months ago and Kerry remembered I'd had it done, Andrea I've seen since coming to the surgery always a pleasure to see her and an added bonus she was helping Kerry out today, both along with Gill are a credit to the dental practice and the reason I've been attending here since I was a tiny tot. So a big thank you for looking after me I appreciate you 🥰

I have been using this dental practice for many years and have also introduced all of my family. I can highly recommend the service you get from walking in the door. All of the staff are friendly and supportive. Would not go anywhere else.

Great practice. Lauren is my dentist and she is fantastic. I'm an NHS patient but have paid privately for some treatments and I find their prices reasonable.

Had a small emergency the day before going on holiday and was so thrilled when the receptionist staff went and spoke directly with my dentist who offered to see me within the hour! 5 minutes of Sarah working her magic and I walked out one happy and relieved client. I felt well looked after from the moment I joined the Tutbury Bupa dental practice, never judged even though my first appointment there was after years of not seeing a dentist and always walk out feeling grateful for the care I receive there. I requested Sarah to be my dentist after a recommendation from a family member - and so glad I did! She took me on with no delay and 7 years later I wouldn't go anywhere else.

I love this dentist. Staff are really friendly and I’ve had the most gentle teeth cleaning ever here - they’ll make you look forward to the dentist and not fear it. An added note: they have gone above and beyond to make everything as safe as possible for staff and patients, which I really appreciated. We waited in our car in the parking lot outside instead of the office and were seen quickly. I was pleasantly surprised by this, and all other measures taken. I cannot thank them enough for making sure it’s still a good experience for patients during this time. I highly recommend them if you’re looking for a new dentist.
