Always good service for me ( I found the American receptionist OK...I think she may have left now)

Terrible service Husband been in real pain now since he went for a check up . Wont see him for 3 weeks and openly admit to seeing non urgent customers first. Rude receptionist With american accent . Don't go here .

Receptionist was awfully rude to my mom who brought my 8 year old daughter in for a routine check up, she was handed an iPad to fill in some questions and when she asked for help, being almost 70 and not tech savvy was told no! She asked 3 times and each time told just to sit and work it out or get 8 year old to do it! Was made to feel stupid and it really upset her! I will be calling to formally complain

I genuinely have no idea why this place is so poorly rated. I rang several dentists as an emergency as I'm new to the area. This was the only one willing to see me and they signed me up immediately. The same day I had the problem fixed. Very clean. Wonderful staff. Great place.

Just changed here as my previous dentist is no longer doing NHS work. Dentist we saw was lovely and very informative - she explained everything simply and made sure I was happy with what she suggested.

Really nice dentist. Managed to get me in as an emergency when my old dentist had messed up, I'll be sticking with this dentist now.

They have always been good to me, don't know why they're are so many negative reviews.
