I had a hygienist appointment with Kirsty. Kirsty was very helpful and seemed knowledgeable. I really appreciated that she didn’t try to sell me anything which is the experience I’ve had with other dental practices in Burgess Hill. I also appreciated that she said I didn’t need to return for a year instead of 6 months which she could have easily have told me otherwise. My only very small criticism was with the receptionist who announced she had a "terrible cold" but wasn’t wearing a mask. Other than that, I had a good visit and I will definitely be returning.

As somebody who is BEYOND nervous 😓 visiting the dentist, I was very happy with the service I received. 1st visit was only a check up. Was very well informed as to what they found and future treatment. The staff are super friendly and helped put me at ease a little.

DIPA SHAH was very skilled, attentive to detail and took the time to understand exactly what I wanted. Superb customer service all round! They really went the extra mile to make me feel comfortable and cared for. Highly RECOMMEND to anyone looking for a top-notch dentist who truly cares about their patients 🖤. Will DEFINITELY be back!

My husbands visit to see the Hygienist and Dentist for his 6 monthly check up was excellent. Both Kirsty and Oliver were, as usual, kind, considerate and professional. Due to my husbands mobility issues they saw him in the same treatment room to limit his discomfort. The rest of their team are just as kind and supportive. We highly recommend their services.

I had a crown come out...which should have been replaced a long time ago..which..I had been advised about..I was seen the next day,and although the rest of tooth needed to be taken out...I needed it to be fixed for ..Valentine,s weekend...haha.She was not sure if it would stay fixed in place,and using a strengthening post...she was able to adhere.it.altho remaining tooth was very soft.....Very helpful,and yes ..it is still in place thank you....My usual dentist was away,but more than happy to see Depa,should need arise.Easy to talk to and very empathetic.Not forgetting Julie,practice nurse...wife of the previous owner.Also very,capable and knowlegeable...both lovely ladies as are all staff.

For someone who used to hate going to the dentist - you could not wish for better. Fantastic treatment, kind and understanding of one's fears. Great team - professional and fun too. Thank you.
