I was really nervous about my appointment, but the whole team made me feel comfortable from the moment I walked in. Everyone was kind, patient, and reassuring, and they took the time to explain everything clearly which really helped calm my nerves. The dentist was gentle, professional, and genuinely caring throughout the appointment. I left feeling so much more confident about future visits. I’m a very nervous patient, but I had such a positive experience at Budleigh Salterton Dental Practice today. Isaac Newsome was kind, reassuring, and made me feel completely at ease throughout my appointment. His nurse Jaz was also lovely, calm, and supportive, which really helped my anxiety. Really happy with my new dental practice in Budleigh. Isaac is very comforting, informative and by far the best dentist I've had. The staff in general are very nice, which leads to a rare, largely stress-free dentist environment!

The dental staff and treatment are fine. The management policy of consistently hounding you one month plus prior to an appointment and then cancelling said appointment if you're, say, driving a tractor and can't stop to pay at that moment... is completely unprofessional. My appointments were unilaterally cancelled by the reception staff on the 10th June for an appointment set for 1st July (i.e. three weeks away). I was informed of this action via email.
