New Road Dental

I had not been to dentist for a very very long time, as I was very nervous and never liked going. However I plucked up the courage and made the call, which I am glad I did The practice was so caring and understood my nervousness. They talked me through every procedure before I went into the chair and also talked me through what they were doing whilst I was having my treatment completed There was very little pain just a little bit of discomfort at times, and now all my treatments are complete, will not hesitate to return for more regular checkups I have now joined the dental plan and will continue my 6 monthly check ups with no fear of returning The staff are really professional and caring and would not hesitate in recommending them to any of my friends and family Thank you all at New Road Dental for making me feel relaxed and confident in returning to your practice

I used to hate going to the dentist but thanks to the team at New Road I now look forward to it! The work they do is fantastic and the whole team from reception to the practitioners all strive to make sure their patients receive the care they actually need without pushing any expensive, non essential "extras" onto you (something that used to happen often at my old dentist...). Also, as a neurodivergent patient who struggles with anxiety, I feel I must highlight how well the team at New Road are able to be so personable and friendly with their patients without compromising on professionalism at any point. This is tricky to get right, but New Road has it down to a fine art. In summary, it's going above and beyond to ensure their patients needs are met both physically and mentally is what sets New Road apart from the rest. Keep up the great work!

The whole experience of visiting New Road Dental is excellent. All the staff are friendly and helpful especially for someone who was really nervous about Dentists in the beginning. I would recommend New Road Dental to anyone who is looking for a dentist.

I took my 93yr old Dad (at his request) to New Road Dental and I can’t praise them enough for the care they took of him. They were brilliant from the first contact I had making the appointment to the visit today. He is not very mobile and easily breathless and they were so careful with him.

Had nothing short of a wonderful experience. Throughout numerous punctual appointments, I was looked after by Afreen and Ravi. The latter of which gave me detailed and pros and cons of the options available to sort out my smile - something that has bothered me immensely since double digits! I was advised on Minimal Prep Veneers after a course of whitening. Must say, I am absolutely over the moon with the results I have had. Completed the final appintment on Friday just gone and have never been happier... As someone who is not overly keen on being poked around in the mouth, the receptionists Cathy and Helen made me feel very at ease before my appointments which greatly helped my overall experience. Even gave me some stickers to take home for my kids... Practise Manager, Scott was also very accommodating and I found very helpful with questions etc. Thanks again to everyone involved. I would recommend to anyone.

I attended an appointment to discuss Minimal Prep Veneers. When i booked the appointment i was assured I would see a professional who would furnish me with the correct advise. It became very clear after just a couple of minutes into the appointment that only agenda the dental nurse had was to sell me Invisalign and not discuss Minimal Prep Veneers, after ten minutes or so she finally admitted she is not qualified to discuss the produce advertised and the reason I had taken 2 hours out of my day to attend the appointment. Very misleading to a point of being unethical. I requested a telephone call from the practice manager, as expected they haven't called me!! AVOID!!

Today I had an appointment for my son and passed out in the middle of it! The dentists, dental nurse and receptionists did all they possibly could to look after both myself and my son. Went above and beyond and even called me when I got home. Thank you for looking after us and sorry it impacted the next patients wait time
