Have been a client here for 16 years, always a welcome at the desk and clean and bright reception. Stephen always puts me at ease and is chatty and sociable which is a big plus for dentists as tbey can put the fear of God if you are adverse of the experience. I am an NHS registered patient, not sure if their books are still open but if yes, get in quick!

I have used this practice for over 10 yrs and it is brilliant. However, since being taken over it has become, and is still, becoming increasingly corporate. This has now resulted in a terrible check in system where one has to use a tablet to answer many questions, most of those which they already have on the system, name, Dob, address, along with several others, which I expect we'll have to do every time we attend. An elderley couple were trying to fill it in and we're having trouble. So much for GDPR, as they ended up having to tell alot of their personal details in front of a packed waiting room! I can't imagine it's very hygienic either, handing it from one person to another. I'm really disappointed that this once family run business has lost it's customer focus. It's more intent on selling you braces (I'm 56!) or teeth whitening. I miss the lovely receptionists who were always kind and approachable. Laurence and Ruth are both wonderful and are always so helpful and professional. I can't praise them highly enough. So warm and welcoming and customer focused. They are a credit to the practice.

First of all I must say the staff were very pleasant and courteous when I had a checkup today 17/4/26. My problem is that when I tried to book an appointment for six months later I was told that it wasn’t possible as the dentist I saw today would be leaving in July and there were no alternatives, my best bet was to phone in August to see if there were any spaces. I have been using the same practice for 21 years and this has never happened before. My last two appointments were cancelled before today as the dentist had apparently crashed his car and then left the practice. I didn’t complain as these things happen but this time I’m annoyed as there are no appointments at all, it seems to me that loyalty doesn’t matter these days or is it age related (I’m 75 years old) — I wonder.

Always a great experience. Lawrence is easily the best dentist I’ve had, along with his assistant. Reception staff are always great and friendly. Will never go elsewhere

Excellent, took my mum in as an emergency appointment due to tooth ache, called in the morning, was seen at 12.20. Lawrence was great, made mum feel comfortable and at ease, she has Alzheimers. He had to take the tooth out which was quick and painless, according to mum. Highly recommend this surgery, all staff were helpful and patient.

I had an emergency tooth removal and couldn’t be more grateful for the care I received. The dentist was calm, gentle, and explained everything clearly, which really helped ease my anxiety. The procedure was not as quick as he expected and it was far less painful than I expected. Staff were kind and efficient, even on short notice. Highly recommend for anyone needing urgent dental care.
