I had come to this dentists office as I had chipped my front tooth and needed it filled. The receptionists were very kind and were able to expedite my referral and get me a quick appointment which I was very grateful for. The dentist was kind and explained every option I had, which was especially welcome after having an unpleasant experience with a different dental practice the day before. The hygienists team were equally as friendly too. This was my first visit to the hygienists and it was made quick & easy thanks to my hygienists thorough explanation of the process, and now my teeth are in great condition. Overall very happy!

I have experienced a poor level of care. The reception area is small and pokey and does not have enough seating. The dentist are always late and don’t spend enough time completing an examination. The dentist are rude and abrupt and it’s not person centred approach to dental care. I’m so disappointed with the service and level of dental care that I’m now looking for another dentist. I’m shocked by the poor practice I have experienced at this dental surgery. I’m also considering contacting the CQC

After years of trying to get NHS dentist i was lucky to be able to register with Trafalgar. Despite being NHS i have found the service excellent Very kind and gentle hygienist . The dentist proved just as lovely and very honest about what he could do to help save my remaing teeth which at 77 are not the best he made a night gum shield as i grind my teeth at night and today fitted a partial denture for two large missing molars to enable my eating i am really happy and grateful for such great treatment as a pensioner Thankyou

I am beyond disappointed with how this practice handled our situation. We missed our son’s dental appointment because he was being rushed to A&E in an ambulance. As any parent can imagine, that was an extremely distressing and urgent situation. Informing a dentist’s office was understandably not our priority at that moment. Instead of showing any understanding or compassion when we explained what had happened, we were told our son had been blocked from the practice and we would need to find another dentist. Blocking a child from a dental practice because they were in an emergency medical situation feels incredibly harsh and lacking in empathy. They should understand that genuine emergencies do happen — especially with children. We would have appreciated even a basic level of compassion or a conversation before such a final decision was made. Very disappointing experience at a time when families need support, not punishment.

The two ladies in reception were helpful and nice. I don't like going to the dentist as I've had a few bad experiences. The dentist that saw me, never asked any questions, he had the dental nurse count my teeth had his back towards me the entire time putting the information in the computer. He just didn't seem to care that I have a phobia, didn't even try to put me at ease, looked at my tooth no x-rays were taken and to be honest he couldn't wait to get me out of that chair. So I decided to go else where!

I'm disappointed in the way that this service has let me down. I have 4 children under 6 and have a very busy home life. I missed an appointment at this dentist and they blocked me from the service. When I rang to speak to the manager she told me she had wiggle room but would not give me it. I do not recommend this service if you have children or may miss an appointment for any reason.

Terrible - reception were rude on the telephone, and the dentists clearly don't care about NHS patients - they just want the check-up fee and to get you to sign up for private treatment. I wouldn't go back if you paid me.
