I had a great experience at South Cliff Dental Group, Moulsecoomb, been coming for a while now and it seemed very different. The staff were welcoming, professional, and made me feel comfortable from the start. They explained everything clearly, and the care I received was gentle and thorough. The clinic is clean, well organised, and runs on time, i arrived 30mins before my appointment today and saw me early to which i was suprised by as i was willing to wait outside. I’m happy with my treatment and would happily recommend them to anyone. The dentists i saw was called Ash, he was very polite and extremely friendly. Would recommend him to anyone who has anxiety...

The service at South Cliff Dental Group - Moulsecoomb was very good. The staff were polite and professional throughout my visit. I would especially like to mention the girl at reception, Apple, who was very friendly, approachable, and helpful with arranging my appointment. She made the whole process much easier for me. The dentist was also very careful and explained each step of the treatment clearly. I felt comfortable and well taken care of during my visit. I would recommend this clinic to anyone looking for quality dental care and friendly staff.

ALL 5 STAR REVIEWS ARE FAKE. THEY NEVER ANSWER THE PHONE. CONSTANTLY CANCELLING APPOINTMENTS. DENTISTS KEEP MESSING UP. DO NOT GET A CROWN PUT ON THEY WILL COME OFF AND YOU WILL BE MESSED ABOUT FOR YEARS!! Over a week calling and leaving messages. I called immediately after leaving knowing there was noone in the waiting room and receptionists were on there just sat on their phones. STILL NO ANSWER. How can you run a business where you don't answer the phone. The worst surgery. ALL AROUND. Cancelling appointments, booking the wrong ones , even when you see a dentist they mess up and make things worse.The dentist are not doing their jobs either, I'm still being seen for the same issue for years now AVOID - Don't even bother trying them. Should be shut down. Edit ' had yet another appointment canceled and changed. At this point I should be compensated for how horrendous it has been **The surgery refused to treat the mistakes they had cause and has cost me thousands to try and fix what they have done. They threatened me with the police whilst I was crying in the dentist chair being told they will not fix the disastrous situation they caused. Absolutely horrendous experience. Do not go here if you value your teeth or your mental health.

Had a great experience for my routine cleaning. The office is modern, incredibly clean, and they use the latest tech. I was seen right on time, and the hygienist was very thorough but gentle. It’s hard to find a dental office that values your time as much as they do. Five stars!

Not only was I interrupted whilst I called (2/6/26) to book an appointment, (for the receptionist to ask her colleague what she was eating) and then came back to the phone to ask ‘what I was saying’, i should’ve hung up then and found somewhere else however I turned up to my appointment today (3/6/26) booked for 8:30am and waited about half an hour before I walked out. Within that 30 minutes, a man had an appointment the same time as me however a receptionist had told him his appointment was actually almost an hour later (he had proof he came at the time booked), so he had to reschedule. One of the dentists came down in an argumentative manner at the receptionists and told them to stop booking patients in. And told one of the receptionists that they will have to be the nurse as one didn’t turn up. One of the receptionists was late, arrived like she couldn’t be bothered. Spot patch on her face, was telling us how she’d just had lip filler? I don’t believe this practice should be running. Even though I’m in pain, I am glad I walked out of that place. None of them know what professionalism is. I’m also glad I went with my gut feeling as I’ve now been told how awful the practice is by close family and friends. I didn’t feel at ease what so ever.

Went there for a replacement denture, was told it was 3 week process, I explained I was going on holiday in 10 days and they got the whole process done in time for my holiday. Excellent service, friendly dentist who explained every very clearly, very charming staff. Overall I would highly recommend this dental practice in Combe road brighton. 👍🏼🦷🦷
