I attended for Root Canal treatment and the care I received was exceptional. Everybody was so kind and efficient I was made to really feel at ease and I'm a pretty nervous patient. Dr Mustard was really kind and explained everything clearly. The practice itself was very luxurious. Considering it was Root Canal treatment, the experience was a very positive one. I wouldn't hesitate to go back if I needed more treatment (although hopefully I won't!).

I had an investigation here to find out what was wrong with my tooth and a prompt tooth extraction. From the moment I stepped into Link House there was a lovely warm friendly atmosphere and I cannot praise the warmth and empathy of both the reception and dentists themselves. This is a highly professional set up and the service is delivered with warmth and empathy which I haven't seen at many other places. They have high quality dental specialists here and I have been very happy indeed with my treatment and outcome which is very successful to date.

I have a huge phobia of dentists & I knew i needed gum treatment but kept putting it off. I saw Ellie and had treatment under sedation ( initially reluctant) but she assured me it was the best option & she was absolutely right. Ellie is an amazing professional, friendly & reassuring. The whole team are super friendly and are great at putting you at ease. Would highly recommend if you need to see a specialist. They do go out of their way to ensure patients are well looked after. The premises are wheelchair accessible & they have limited parking which is brilliant for anybody with limited mobility or need wheelchair access. Thank you for look after a super reluctant & scared patient.

The entire environment feels more like a wellness space than a clinic - calm, considered, and completely removed all stress from my dental visits. Eli and her team are genuinely personable and attentive, creating a level of trust that is rare to find. Alex approached my case with real depth and clarity, taking the time to thoroughly assess my concerns, particularly after I had received conflicting opinions elsewhere - many of which would have led to unnecessary and costly treatments. I was seen by Dr. Mustard for an RCT and was quite apprehensive of the procedure, especially after having been in sever pain for a week from an infection. It wasn't an entirely straightforward case, but Dr. Mustard walked me through what the situation was, my options, and the chosen course of action so clearly. I really can't believe how smoothly it went! The anaesthetic was amazing and had worn off by the time I got home. I had zero pain during or after, just soreness from having my jaw open for so long. The practice is beautiful (a very relaxing environment), Dr. Elisa was so welcoming and everyone who I dealt with was caring and thoughtful. A very special thank you to the Link House team. I can't recommend them highly enough.

I can totally recommend this dental practice. I had a wisdom tooth extracted, which had become very painful. I can honestly say I didn't feel a thing. I was made to feel totally at ease, and knew from the get go that I was in very safe hands. Friendly, approachable, professional and caring dentists, Ellie and Ricardo were amazing.
