I was disappointed with this sugery. The hygienist, who has left, was very negative and for the first time in my life i began having anxieties about going. I had to have a double appointment which they cancelled in April but did not send me confirmation of this untill september, by which time it was too late to book. I found the dentiast rude and would not respond to my questions not did he explain anything. i am happy to look for a new dentist and hygienist.
The dentist was very impatient and irresponsible. Even she recommended me a personal dentist that costs over 500 quids just for one teeth fixed. Seems she couldn't handle any situation without tooth extraction.
Cannot thank Dr Adam Cuthbertson enough for my dentures. He was courteous, reassuring and explained in understandable detail. Thanks to the Dental Nurse as well, who was also lovely.
Had treatment that wasn't explained properly beforehand & so cost me a lot more than I expected. They couldn't care less when I tried to discuss it, they just wanted me to pay up. The crown snapped off soon after anyway. The worst thing though was the dreadful admin and very rude reception staff. Avoid.
