I have an appointment tomorrow that I need to move — I’ve tried calling ten times today. Either no one picks up, or the line’s busy. So when I call tomorrow and you’re upset that it’s within 24 hours of the appointment, just know: you’ve only got yourselves to blame. Because — shocker — my full-time job isn’t "professional dentist hotline dialler."

I just want to thank Shaista (Dentist), Asiffa (Nurse) and Kate the Receptionist. I had a tooth taken out yesterday they know how I'm petrified of dentist's....old school. They put me at ease, talked to me etc. Thank you guys you deserve being thanked for what you do.

Today, I visited the dentist, and the two ladies were absolutely delightful. Despite my anxiety, they made the whole experience amazing, even when I had a Tooth removed without any pain they made my day so thank you again ladies x

Had a text off the dentist to arrange an appointment for a checkup! Goes into the dentist to make the appointment! The receptionist tries to tell me off about mist appointments In the past!! I reply with well I have a disabled child and I can't always make it in when arranged and when i try to call no1 answers the phone! Then she says well Miss Marsh I'm not going to offer you the appointment because you've been hostile towards me !!!! Really poor service and the receptionist had no empathy toward the fact I have a daughter with special needs and they DONT answer the phone when trying to rearrange

Had a Saturday appointment booked for my husband and myself,as work all week.Turned up ,room full of emergencies got to have been 15 people. Joke ain't the word ,walked straight bk out again.You should be contacted if this is situation,very poor lately
