Worst practice I’ve been in. Never had a problem with them until early last year when my dentist left. Receptionist is a rude especially over the phone. I had a 30min appointment booked for a filling but hey asked me in 20min late and done a temp. Instead. Temp filling fell out after four days and had to wait almost two weeks for a new appointment when the tooth was cutting my tongue. Then had a normal filling done which chipped after a week or so. Seems like all appointments are rushed and they just don’t care about patients. I’m definitely switching the surgery.
When I joined the practice I believed my teeth were in pretty good condition but in need of one filling, I had a checkup..which confirmed only one filling needed but on day of treatment the dentist carried out several fillings and advised further treatment would be required. Some of the fillings then fell out and had to be replaced..an abscess then formed and was not picked up and I had to attend A@E. Further fillings have fallen out since. My treatment is incomplete (if it was ever necessary) and the receptionist has at times been very rude.
Rude receptionist. Previous bad experiences of leaving half a tooth in and getting infections. The final straw has come when they refused to see my son as an emergency despite nhs saying that it was urgent. Thankfully we have found another dentist and we will all be moving. The emergency could not have waited 3 days like suggested. I really do not recommend and wouldn’t use again.
Absolutely horrific dental practice. They are blatantly over booking and rushing patients. I was treated badly by the dentist and most of the receptionists are very rude. I was left in worse pain than when I went to my appointment, then rudely and passive aggressively told I now had to wait 6 months for the hospital to help, I was in agony and therefore I had no choice but to go private. Never should anyone go here. Go private if you can, or go somewhere else. All these business owners care about is money and not the patients.
Went in for broken tooth and abcess. Booked a follow up appointment, changed my work rota so i could make the appointment. 1 week before my appointment i get a phone call saying that the dentist is working in another branch that day and my appointment has been cancled. Due to the last muinet nature of this i have been put in a position i have to wait another month with an abcess and broken tooth before treatment.
There website says they are open on Saturdays but the receptionist denys they are. Dont ever need an emergency appointment because it wont matter how much pain you are in. NO-ONE even cares enough to squeeze you in. If you ring the emergency number they tell you to go to your own dentist. But this dentists idea of duty of care is an appointment a week later.
Went for check up about a month ago (room 9). And since then had pressure and pain in face. Returned there on Friday and he took x ray and said yes there is a infection 😠. He drilled into my tooth and kept shoving a sharp tool into it. Then said to go back nxt week for a review but I'm in loads more pain now and no antibiotics and a swollen face ! I am not happy at all. Will be going else where and complaining about him. 😣
