Bupa Dental Care Wilsden

I've been going to this dental practice for a few years now and everytime I've been,everyone from the dentist, hygienist, reception ladies etc..have always been happy, caring and professional. I highly recommend this place for adults and children. Keep doing a great job👍🤗

The receptionist Sarah I think, was extremely professional and understanding for my emergency appointment. I can't say the same for the dental practitioner Aaleen Bhaatti, who was although proficient gave the impression of being hurried, as if running late and wanting to stick to time. When inserting the film for xrays she pushed it right in my mouth before I had fully opened it. Which was a very unpleasant experience. Resulting in me saying her bedside manner needed adjusting. But instead of apologizing took offense and began to almost argue with me. This was my first time at this practice as a new patient in some considerable pain and discomfort. The ambiance in the surgery room is none existent, no music to soothe nerves. So after our little discussion Ms Bhatti said nothing to compensate for the ow awkward silence that followed, just very matter of fact. I'm sure she is a very competent dentist, but glad I did not have to have any procedure with her and can happily go back to my dentist who is caring and considerate. Such a shame as this is a lovely facility with a lovely dental nurse and Receptionists. When you are paying for a service it pays to be kind not disconnected from your customers. Hope Ms Bhatti understands my interpretation and works on her approach for those with a more nervous disposition or person in general. Please do better.

I'm a new patient here.. my partner, who's really nervous with dentists recommended signing up. Front desk staff are friendly and efficient. My new dentist Katarzya is fantastic. Thorough, calming, no rushing, explains everything really clearly throughout and is happy to talk in detail about anything at the end. We had a thorough chat about what my previous dentists had done and why. I don't know why I waited so long to move dentists. Thankyou!

First time visiting here. I rang up to ask about parking, very helpful with this. I have bupa insurance which eased the anxiety of the price. Every one from the receptionist, dentist and dental nurse were all lovely, so reassuring and helpful. Great service will definitely come back again. Thankyou 🙂

I was a very nervous patient and at the first visit all my fears disappeared upon walking through the door. The receptionists were friendly and the building and waiting area were clean and the atmosphere overall was very welcoming and professional. The dentist and his assistant were both lovely and calmed any fears I had. I am not worried at all about going to the dentist again, and my son who was with me received the same treatment where despite his many questions the dentist was very patient with him. many thanks Michelle and Callum
