Fantastic experience visiting Chi with my family, including a 5 and 2 year old. He was extremely thorough with us, including the checking of previous dental work. Great with kids, and managed to get a reluctant toddler to open his mouth for a good check up. Really impressed with the service, from the friendly and welcoming reception staff, through to the brilliant service received with Chi and the team. Laura, Oana, and Claire are incredibly polite and welcoming whether on the phone or in person, very respectful and calming! Lisa helped organise an emergency appointment for me recently ensuring risk of infection or further damage was severely reduced - great job. Harpreet and his helpful assistants work around my disabilities to make the experience as pleasant as possible. Going back in a few days for the permanent repair! In short, CWD is a practice you actually look forward to going to as opposed to dreading.

This practice is incredible! I have lived in the area for over 20 years and have only just discovered it! The staff are friendly, welcoming and super helpful. They never rush you and are very discreet no matter what treatment you are there for.

I had Icon stain removal treatment, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience! I came to CrownWood dental after my dentist was overcharging/up selling. I chose CrownWood Dental for their reasonable prices and customer reviews - bearing in mind it's a 20 mile drive for me. I saw dentist Harpreet Punny and he was incredibly professional and took the time to explain every step of the process thoroughly, which really put me at ease. I had a total of three appointments: a consultation, the treatment, and then a 2-week complimentary follow-up appointment. The treatment itself was comfortable and carefully done, and the results were amazing and exceeded my expectations! My teeth look brilliant and feel great. I’m so pleased with the outcome and would highly recommend Harpreet to anyone considering the treatment.

Today I saw Dr Raji Ranganathan after being referred by Dr Wong (my favourite dentist of all time who also works here). What an absolute babe. She listened to my concerns, explained my options, and ended up performing a small procedure on the day of my consultation. It was pain free and I knew we could stop anytime. The lady assisting was chatty and friendly too. Thank you!

An excellent experience with Chi. After years of dental trauma, I am a very nervous patient, so cannot express my delight with Chi. He was calm and completely normalised the check up. Took his time to explain everything with kindness and consideration whilst still being so thorough and detailed. The dental nurse was also lovely and the environment itself very comforting. He was great with both my children, one of whom is a very stubborn toddler! A superb family dentist, we cannot rate highly enough!

Very thorough, and had a lovely chat with who I saw. She was reasurring but realistic. I don't think I've had such a thorough examination before, and being able to see exactly what she could see in front of me was a very useful touch.
