Crescent Dental Practice

After a call with 111 to get an emergency appointment after painful wisdom teeth removal complications and stitches falling out I was giving an appointment here for yesterday. Come yesterday morning I get told my appointment was cancelled and moved to today (baring in mind I’m struggling to eat anything at all due to the pain and stitches loose in my mouth). Then this morning got ANOTHER call saying the appointment once again is cancelled and that I’d have to go through the 111 process all over again to book an appointment….. By this point the wound in my mouth was now fully open due to the loose stitches being left so long and the pain still there. Called 111 again to be told I have to wait another 24 hours or so to get a call to make an appointment…. I ended up being forced to go to a private emergency dentist to get a same day appointment and found out I had dry socket and infections….. £250 later….. thanks guys….

I would like to sincerely thank Dr Arkadiusz Sobota for his outstanding care. Over three long visits he did everything possible to save my teenage daughter’s tooth and showed incredible dedication and precision throughout. He genuinely cared and went above and beyond to help. He was very accommodating with appointments and even phoned after working hours which meant a lot. Although the treatment was provided through the NHS it truly felt like private one to one care. An exceptional dentist and a real credit to his profession. Highly recommended.

Definitely the best dentist I’ve ever been to, I was referred by nhs with a tooth that every other emergency dentist hasn’t done anything to help and they did a surgical extraction for me there and then. Also very lovely staff, would highly recommend

Over long visits he did everything possible to save my teenage son r’s tooth and showed incredible dedicated . My son said to me he is the best so far he see . Also Dental assistant all the time work with high standard infection control communication .

I have been going to Smile Dentist for the. Past 5 years ,The practice is very well run & the two Receptionist are always working very hard to accommodate all their patients as quickly as possible.The Dentists themselves are most kind & very aware of every person’s needs.

Very disappointing experience when I called to book an appointment. The receptionist came across as quite unhelpful and uninterested in assisting. It felt like they were trying to avoid helping rather than finding a solution. No effort was made to suggest alternative doctors, check other availability, or offer any options at all. As a patient, you expect at least a bit of courtesy and willingness to help. Sadly, that wasn’t the case here.

Always friendly and helpful to me, Sami the new dentist has been excellent and a stand out. I hope he continues his career for a long time as he's got genuine care for clients. All round thanks dental team, nurses, dentists and those very important reception staff.
