Castle Lane Dental Practice (Thornhill)

I recently brought my nervous mother-in-law to this practice, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. From the moment we walked in, the staff were warm, welcoming, and genuinely friendly, which immediately helped put her at ease. The dentist Dr shahi was incredibly patient, kind, and took the time to explain everything clearly without ever being pushy. The whole place has a lovely family-run feel, and you can tell they truly care about their patients. My mother-in-law left feeling comfortable and reassured – something I didn’t think was possible! I would highly recommend this practice to anyone, especially those who feel anxious about visiting the dentist.

I had a filling done today: An exceptional private dental clinic offering a truly premium experience. From the calm and welcoming reception to the immaculate, bright, and state-of-the-art facilities, everything reflects the highest standards. Dr Najafi was extremely gentle, professional, and reassuring throughout. I had a filling carried out with absolutely no discomfort. The entire experience was seamless and expertly managed. I am genuinely delighted with the level of care and would like to extend my sincere thanks to Dr. Najafi and the entire team.

I needed emergency treatment to remove two roots. I was seen by Russ and was extremely impressed by his skill and caring attitude. The procedure was painless. . I can totally recommend this dental surgeon. The nurses were also totally understanding.

I can’t rate this practice enough, absolutely outstanding service from start to finish, my dentist Russ is absolutely amazing, he’s kind, caring and patient, he takes as much time needed to explain any treatment needs and always has 100% your best interest at heart, not only is he my dentist he also does my hygiene appointment too, so he knows me well, i can’t recommend them enough, don’t hesitate, come and join the best practice around. Haven’t been to such an excellent, price sensitive, professional group of dentists and support team in all my life. Have finally sound the dentist for me and my busy schedule. Having implant’s and a range of dental work done, will be recommending to all my peers without doubt
