The friendly staff throughout were incredibly professional yet approachable, explaining everything clearly and ensuring I was comfortable during the procedure. The dentist was thorough, gentle, and provided top-notch care that exceeded my expectations. The clinic is spotless, modern, and equipped with the latest technology. I had my first appointment today and was so impressed. The practice is absolutely beautiful, and as a very nervous patient I felt at ease straight away. All of the staff were incredibly kind and professional. I saw Sarah, the therapist, who was so gentle and reassuring throughout my appointment. I would highly recommend this practice and never thought I’d say this about a dentist, but I’m actually looking forward to returning! 😁

After avoiding the dentist for almost 11 years due to fear and anxiety, I finally found the courage to seek help after a problem with a wisdom tooth. All the staff are incredibly friendly and welcoming. Everything explained clearly and there’s no pressure, no judgement, just a very calming environment. David who has been carrying out my treatment has been absolutely amazing. He’s really helped building my confidence in going to the dentist and undergoing treatment. I’ve been a client of The Private Dental Practice for 5 years now and I wouldn’t go anywhere else. The practice is outside of town which is beneficial in travelling to for me and has free parking. The staff are super friendly and helpful, I always feel the dental staff have my best interests at heart and do a fantastic job of keeping my mouth and teeth in good health. What I especially like is that you don’t feel rushed and under pressure of getting you in and out for your appointment, with the practice being very organised and staff walk you through where you need to go. you’re cared for in a lovely way, with a cuppa should you want one! The practice is spotlessly clean and beautifully furnished with a comfortable environment while waiting to be seen. Sarah is a lovely thorough hygienist, who has a lovely way about her. Simon is my dentist and is really friendly and gives me complete confidence in my check ups. Keep up the fantastic work you do, you’re great! 😊 Claire

Amazing experience with Invisalign and even better results. My teeth look beautiful, and the team is hands down the friendliest you will ever find. Professional, caring, and genuinely kind — highly recommend! So good I swapped from my old dentist of 40+ years. Free & easy parking, and being out of town is also a massive plus. I also love that they go out of their way to find an appointment time that works for me. 5 * practice 😊
