I was sent to this practice in December 25 through the emergency dentist number and when I arrived I was informed the systems were down so there was nothing they could do. I understand because of this they couldn’t get in touch with me. I called the emergency dentist number and they arranged for another dentist half an hour away to see me. However I have just received a letter from this practice saying I own them £27.40 and if I have any concerns to call them. Yes I do what’s this for as they couldn’t do anything so I’ve tried a number of times to call the practice and cannot get through. I work for the NHS and I’m disgusted with this.

Absolutely superb the staff are always helpful. My Dentist is Zsinab Ali, she is absolutely totally wonderful always happy and smiling, she is very proffessional and caring. She has a special quality, empathy, care and understanding of her patients she has lots of. She will always put a patients mind at ease. She has a very rare quality (which I cannot find in my vocabulary to name) At the moment Zainab and myself miss the lovely, beautiful radiant glowing enthusiastic Melisa Thompson who is a receptionist and friend to me of over 25 years, I think the two named deserve something for there recognition. The other Dentists and receptionists are good aswell. It's just I have built up a rapour with them. I think there should be an unwritten rule with them I would say a complete Zero Tollerance concerning any abusive behaviour whether it's by telephone or in person. I would suggest you have three lifeline, if you use any abusive behaviour to staff, you then lose a life. Then you get warned before the last lifeline and if you lose all of them, the patient has to find an alternative Dentist as the person is barred from using that practice for at least a year.

Have nothing but praise for this Practice from the lovely dentist Ibrahim and his fab nurse to all the reception and staff I met today. I had an emergency that required an extraction and was seen within hours of ringing. I'm a very anxious person in the dental surgery but they were all very kind and made my visit less stressful with Ibrahim explaining everything he was going to do. I was amazed at how relatively painless the local anaesthetic injections were! Thank you once again, I am so grateful and relieved it has been done. Also the covid regulations were all in place and it felt like a safe environment. Well done guys. All very personable and professional.

I’ve just received first class treatment from my dentist, after a weekend of toothache I made a call at 9am to ask for an emergency appointment unfortunately they had all gone however they managed to squeeze me in at 11.50am same day. I was seen by Nailah and the dental nurse on duty sorry your name escapes me. They are both great, smiley, friendly but at the same time very professional. I was treated with care and compassion by both of them. After a few questions, an extensive examination, x rays were taken, options were discussed, upper back tooth was extracted. Great customer service as always many thanks to you all

Having been petrified of dentists for years and having received bad treatment elsewhere I went along today for my 1st appointment. They really put me at ease and listened to my story with empathy and compassion My dentist has come up with a treatment plan I am happy with and even though it's going to be a long process I'm happy I'm starting my journey with my dentist. I hadn't been to the dentist for a while and i used to tend to avoid these visits. Dr Nailah Dar had been recommended by my sister so i took the plunge. Amazing - is the only word i can use to describe Nailah and her nurse Amanda. I was put at ease instantly with courtesy, professionalism and a lovely pleasantness. Everything was explained to me and i have had my treatment plan completed and am looking forward to visiting Nailah and Amanda for my next scheduled check up. Will

Both my wife and I received superb service at this dental practice. Dr Dar and Amanda were very polite and friendly and made us feel very comfortable. Best dental practice I’ve been registered with in the UK so far!
