Brackley House - Farnworth Dental Practice

Today I had treatment with wisam and I highly recommend him, as a nervous patient he worked really well to create a calm and relaxing environment, he listened very well to me regarding my dental issue and had given me the best oral health advice. During the treatment he talked me through step by step so I felt very comfortable and I've left feeling very satisfied. He is the only dentist I will go to and trust now. A big thank you to wisam.

I felt that the appointment I had yesterday with Wisam Hassoon was excellent. He was extremely friendly and helpful. He explained everything very clearly and expertly. I felt like I was in very good hands. Very professional but also welcoming.

I attended the practice yesterday as an emergency patient for my gums and I was very impressed. Everyone was friendly, helpful, and professional. I needed urgent treatment due to a fall and from calling the receptionist who understood my situation quickly contacted Sharon the dentist who kindly fit me in under her tight working schedule . That was caring and understanding . The treatment was excellent and I can’t thank her and the team for making me comfortable and sorting out my tooth so I can now talk and eat without discomfort again , Thank you

My daughter who suffers really bad with anxiety had a cracked tooth the dentist we saw was absolutely fantastic with her explained everything step by step she had to stop him a couple of times during the procedure but this didn’t phase him he was absolutely fine about it! My daughter was fine relaxed just absolutely amazing he was!

Absolutely lovely staff - receptionist friendly, the two dentist i had yesterday were absolute stars! made me feel comfortable and I made them laugh, perfect atmosphere all around. They did a superb job on my tooth, did the first part of the canal root treatment, temporary filling. I did fee fluey hours after but i think thats normal? idk but im on the mend.! Thank you ladies, you were fantastic! no judgement or nothin, I avoided dentists for YEARS because of dentists being judgemental and such but this was such a new and lovely experience all things considered.

Bit of a mix up at start re my appt but all sorted quickly and efficiently by the manager. Superb dentist made me feel at ease. Very knowledgeable and friendly. Feel ready now to get work done. I am an extremely nervous patient and not been to a dentist for 15 years plus so fingers crossed but a great first appt.
