Summerley Dental Practice

Just a line to sincerely thank Christo for his outstanding and professional care. My recent filling work has restored a ‘Hollywood smile ‘ to this old fella. Really pleased!!!!

I moved here from another dentist in Emsworth, who were fantastic. I have only attended the practice twice. They have run late both times. Today I attended after being advised to be seen by my GP. The only appointment available was 2.35 and I was advised that I would only need 15-20 minutes and this would be plenty of time to do the school run. I waited to be seen for 20 minutes past the appointment time, before saying I would no longer be able to have a 15-20 minute appointment as I have caring responsibilities. I had a less than 5 minutes check instead. I didn't even manage to leave the practice before hearing the nurse talk snidely about booking appointments and making sure I had enough time. Unfortunately we don't get to choose when we have dental emergencies. My address was also incorrect on the prescription I was given. Three stars given due to the receptionist being very kind and professional despite being so busy. Edited to add: my subsequent appointments have been much more positive. Hygienist is fantastic. I don't think my teeth have ever felt so clean! I have also received a referral and a mouth guard which I hope will help my dental issues.

I had my current dentist Dr Paul Raz. when he was at another practice. When he left I followed him as he is an outstanding dentist and I wanted to continue with the first class care I’ve always had from him. It’s always a pleasure to see him and Holly.

A huge thankyou to Rico and his lovley dental nurse they have both been amazing kind and patient with me as I had alot of fear and past bad experiences elsewhere. The receptionist was also very polite and kind which is rare. Also very reasonable for private. I'm very grateful and this had restored the faith. Thankyou

Really want to appreciate this dental practice so much. We were on holiday in Bognor when my daughter developed a severe toothache. Whilst all other dentists refused to see her for several reasons, Summerley took her in at short notice. The receptionist Mandie and the dentist Paul were so kind, understanding and helpful - and most importantly, my daughter's toothache was addressed perfectly and sorted, rescuing our holiday. Cannot recommend them enough. Many thanks guys.
