Our appointment is scheduled for this Saturday—treatment of a baby tooth involving anesthesia. I would really like the approach to treating children's baby teeth to focus on preserving their chewing ability, rather than simply taking the easiest route—extracting the tooth and calling it a day. After Saturday, I’ll be able to leave a review regarding the procedure and the doctor's professionalism.

We had such a positive experience with Anthony Paswal during an emergency appointment after my son’s baby molar unexpectedly broke while eating pizza! Anthony was incredibly calm, patient, and understanding, especially with my child who has SEN needs. From the moment we arrived, he took the time to build trust and made sure "A" felt safe and comfortable. His gentle approach and clear communication made a huge difference not just for "A", but for me as a parent too. He explained everything in a simple, reassuring way and never made us feel rushed. It’s not easy finding a dentist who truly understands how to support children with additional needs, but Anthony really goes above and beyond. I’m so grateful for his kindness and professionalism. Although we weren’t able to go through with the extraction at the clinic, just being able to apply the numbing cream was a huge achievement. When we got home and "A’s" mouth was completely numb, I was able to gently remove the baby molar myself in one attempt! Another big thank you to the dental nurse who assisted Anthony that day (I’m sorry I didn’t catch your name). You did a fantastic job keeping "A" calm, engaged, and distracted throughout.

I honestly can’t recommend this practice enough. After years of ongoing cancer treatment, I put off going to the dentist and developed quite a strong phobia. Walking through the door for the first time was a big step for me, but I’m so glad I did. I’ve been under the care of Ambihipala Athigajan for some fairly intensive treatment, and he has been nothing short of amazing. He is incredibly kind, patient, and understanding, and he’s made what felt like an overwhelming experience so much more manageable. The whole team at My Dentist are just as wonderful—every single person, from the reception staff to the nurses, is warm, friendly, and genuinely caring. You never feel rushed or judged, just supported. They also offer reasonable payment plans, which has made everything much more accessible and less stressful. If you’re nervous or have been putting off dental work like I did, I truly can’t recommend them enough. They’ve completely changed how I feel about going to the dentist.

After a trip to A&E due to swollen face because of a tooth infection I phoned mydentist up and I was given an emergency appointment. After a week of antibiotics I turned up at the dentist, all really nice and the dentist and his assistent helped me feel less anxious. The dentist gave me an xray, we spoke about my options and he booked me in for an emergency extraction. He was really nice and very helpful especially as Im not registered any where. Very Grateful
