Was referred here from my normal dentist to discuss different options regarding teeth whitening, composite bonding to gain a little confidence. felt anxious at the start and felt anxious leaving, awful atmosphere when walking in, no smiles nothing , wasn’t given enough information on different options and staff seemed to not want to be there, friendly manner was nowhere to be seen. Il spend my money elsewhere where I’d get more information , waste of a journey for me as I do not live in blyth.

The regular dentist i see is really friendly and puts you at your ease. She also is an excellent dentist. Cant speak highly enough. The nurse is also a lovely lady. No fear of going to see them.

Impressed, friedly staff, calming and quick. No dentist due to relication and state of the country so when i had a broken tooth with exposed nerve struggled with pain relief all weekend u got an emergency apointment albeit approx 10 miles away. Usuall nervous was reassured and quick extraction. Thanks

I used to be extremely scared of the dentist due to traumatic things at my old dental practice, I moved to my dentist Cowpen road during lockdown. I was given Kate who has just retired she was brilliant at calming my nerves and really made me feel comfortable, all work was done promptly after I’d had a hospital admission of 5 weeks de to a infection in my mouth. She got me sortedi could never complain about any service I have received and all staff have been professional and friendly, I would definitely recommend this practice to other people especially those who are a bit anxious about visiting the dentist.

I have a terrible phobia of dentists but had to obtain an emergency appointment due to severe toothache, the receptionist was so helpful and managed to get me a same day appointment, when I arrived after explaining I was very anxious Chloe the dentist and her dental nurse Sarah were amazing, they had such patience with me, I had the tooth removed pain free and they both took so much time and understanding around my anxiety, I can’t recommend enough and feel so relieved the tooth has been removed, thank you! From the reception to the amazing Chloe and Sarah from the bottom of my heart.

Had the most horrendous experience after being reffered here from 111.. The man who saw me apparently only works Mondays and before he even started any work on my teeth he was sweating and stumbling, tripped over the dentist chair i had to ask if he was ok, he filled a front cavity with temporary filler without drilling or cleaning it out to stop pain. I left crying looking awful. He proceeded to scrub my gum lining without any injection and now ive been left with an oral infection in my whole mouth my what I can only assume is unhygienic equipment! Ive been put on 5 lots of medication as I can no longer eat or drink without my mouth being in extreme pain. I asked them to rectify the situation they wanted me to wait a week and see the same man again, they were supposed to help me as a person who is disabled with chronic illnesses who was already struggling to eat and struggles to already get out this made life a whole lot worse for me so thank you!

Just had a tooth extracted today, I am a very nervous patient with COPD, and unable to manage the stairs. I was shown into a downstairs surgery where the dentist immediately put me at ease saying that she understood my problem and I would be fine with her treatment. She was correct and after a quick x-ray told me that I had an abscess under my broken tooth. After a quick discussion we decided to remove the tooth. After a quick and mainly pain free procedure it was over. She explained what to do next and I left the surgery a much happier person. I would like to thank everyone involved and I would thoroughly recommend this Dentist to everyone. Thank you all.
