West Heath Dental Practice

The staff at the dental practice are incredibly helpful and accommodating. They are child-friendly too. I'm happy with the results of my hygiene visit. I received helpful advice from both my hygienist and the receptionist. I would highly recommend this practice.

Fantastic experience getting composite bonding with Emily. So happy with the end result, they look really natural which is just what I wanted. Emily is highly skilled, knowledgable and a lovely person. Her aftercare and advice has been brilliant too. Would absolutely recommend her! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

No been for a few years , so was very anxious. Unfortunately needed a filling at a second visit. But Suzanne was a great, very patient and professional, spoke to me throughout the process..Would recommend seeing her and using this dentist 100%

Chloe is amazing! Honestly one of the best hygienists I’ve ever been to. She always does such a great job cleaning my teeth and makes the whole thing super easy and comfortable. You can tell she really cares and pays attention to the little details. Big shoutout to Kirsty too – such a lovely assistant. They make a great team! Appreciate them both – total stars!

Dr. Faezeh Ghaffari has recently finished installing my dental implants and I can eat "properly" for the first time in over 20 years. She is an excellent dentist and I had no pain during the procedures and, if you are holding back because you are concerned about any side effects - don't. I wish I had done this years ago - but she wasn't my dentist then, of course !

Been here scince it became a private dentist and can't give enough praise for the whole team on the way they treat me. They're calming and very attentive to your needs and with the way you are treated. For this i have to give a big thank you to Andrew my dentist and especially Chloe my hygienist. She goes the extra mile to look ways to improve with the way I look after my teeth,gums etc and is always making sure I'm fine with any process I have to go through. I Feel so comfortable its like ive known her for years. For most my life going to dentist/hygienist was a chore but not no more. It's a great place for those people weary of the dentist. Price wise like all private dentist is on the high side but they have a payplan which you gives you access to both Dentist & Hygienist and is very reasonable and lets you get buy any items from their dentist shop half price.

Today my daughter, who has SEN, and I visited the hygienist at West Heath Dental Practice. Both Jeanette and Kirsty were amazing with her and made her feel very comfortable and welcome knowing how nervous she was. Libby was absolutely thrilled when she came out, smiling from cheek to cheek to show off her sparkling teeth. We’ve booked to visit again in a couple of months time. Would highly recommend!
