The GBDP

Absolutely horrifying experience. The receptionist is the most disgraceful, disgusting and most foul mouthed person I have ever met. I was subject to verbal abuse and shouting as I wanted to query why I am being charged when the dentist I saw was not even the implant dentist that I had requested. I was threatened that if I don’t pay then I will get a fine. Only after I paid, I asked for appeal information and was told that I can’t appeal, basically lied to me to pay. She refused to give me her name. She should not be working in a patient facing role with her attitude. I will be taking this as far as possible as the service received was absolutely disgusting. The receptionist even told other patients about my issue, surely that’s a GDPR breach!

This was my 1st visit and have to say I was really pleased. Dr Khan put me at ease straight away, explained everything to me and what needs doing. Lovely lady. Also the young lady on the reception was really nice and friendly 👍🏼

Avoid this dentist at ALL costs!! How is Dr Chaudary still registered as a dentist? SO rude. I first went in to book an appointment and witnessed a young girl near reception being spoken to terribly and embarrassed in front of everyone. I still decided to give the place a chance due to a cancellation appointment that week, but honestly it was the WORST experience ever. How was I bleeding after just a check-up? She was SOOO aggressive and inconsistent the whole time. To make it worse, during my appointment she and her assistant were slagging off another member of staff while I was sat in the chair. It was so unprofessional and uncomfortable, I couldn’t wait to leave. Please save your mouth and avoid this place. I ended up registering at Scott Arms Dental instead, fantastic dentist and I walked out without bleeding!!

Dr. Chaudary is an amazing dentist! She took the time to explain everything clearly, and I felt comfortable throughout the whole procedure. I highly recommend Dr. Chaudary to anyone looking for a trustworthy and skilled dentist.

The way the dentist treated the assistant trying to help the dentist scared me and my son. Not quite sure why the dentist was getting very angry but I don’t think it was reasonable especially in front of a patient. But my treatment went successful and I’m happy with it but if it wasn’t for what I saw I’d give it 5 stars. Thank you

Dr Amatullah Khan and her team are amazing, had 4 fillings done today, they know how bad i suffer with my anxiety & depression and they are all absolutely fantastic. Thank you all so much for what you've done for me lately, the reception lady is just as nice too See you all soon....

Friendly staff, excellent service, was kept well informed with excellent communication from DR Chaudary, the was no pain, even the injection weren't to bad. very happy from start to finish.
