I wish I had known about this place sooner. Dr. Gurpit and the staff were very kind and welcoming. I was very worried and anxious, but I felt welcomed from the start. The receptionist was warm, welcoming and reassuring. Dr. Gurpit went through my dental history and made sure I felt safe and not judged. Her team were excellent. I’m so pleased with my experience getting my aligners here. The team were welcoming, friendly, and professional from start to finish. Having had no knowledge of anything about this whole process, The instructions given to me by the amazing team were so easy to follow and they all made me feel at ease throughout the treatment, and I’m really pleased with the results so far. This was my first dentist appointment, so I was naturally a bit nervous and sceptical. However, the service I received was excellent from start to finish. I was given a very warm and friendly welcome by Kaly at reception, which immediately put me at ease. Mahnoor and Hiba were both incredibly professional, friendly, and thorough throughout the appointment. They took the time to explain everything clearly and made the whole experience much more comfortable than I expected. I would highly recommend this practice to anyone, especially if you're feeling anxious about visiting the dentist.

Gurpit & the team were amazing. So detailed in providing information, made me feel so welcomed and relaxed. A great environment and ambiance too, it almost felt like I was at a hotel or spa! So relaxing. Make sure to get the 3D teeth scan it blew my mind!

Honestly, I never thought I’d say this about going to the dentist, but I actually look forward to my appointments here. Doctor Gurprit is just amazing. I’ve seen her a few times now and she’s always so gentle and really knows what she’s doing. She takes the time to explain things properly and gives really helpful advice about my teeth and even how everything affects my appearance, which I really appreciate. You never feel rushed with her, and she just makes you feel comfortable straight away. The whole place has such a nice, calm vibe — it doesn’t feel clinical or stressful at all, it actually feels quite homely. Jasmine is also great — always there helping during treatments and making sure everything runs smoothly. She’s really kind and puts you at ease. And Kaly at reception is always lovely and smiling. She’s so welcoming every time you walk in, it really makes a difference. Overall, it just feels like a genuinely caring place with a great team. Really glad I found them.

Great customer service at Teeth & Face they make you feel at ease when visiting a dentistry environment which can be nerve racking for many. You are instantly warmly greeted by Kaly. Not only that all the team are honestly so friendly and make you feel at home and well looked after. Dr Gurprit was amazing… so informative with the overall health and condition of my teeth. Every visit I leave with learning something new and the team has made me feel so reassured that I will get B1 white smile I’ve always wanted!

As someone who has avoided the dentist for years, i'd became incredibly anxious, but from my very first visit i was put at ease. All the ladies are friendly and welcoming. Each treatment has been fantastic, and im actually looking forward to my dental journey. Could not recommend Teeth & Face enough.
