Rookery Road Dental Practice

Called in today to book in a Checkup . Got booked it really easily. Explained my situation with being on antibiotics. Receptions sadly I’m bad with names but the girl today 23/04/26 was very professional. Il update the review when I gather the name next time. Only thing I ask; is emergency checkups given the on going issue but that’s fine I understand nhs is under pressure.

Really happy with my visits here. The reception staff are always respectful and friendly, and the place is clean. Everything was done quickly and professionally on my last visit, and my dentist made me feel really comfortable throughout.

Disinterested dentist who gave hardly 2 minutes for x-ray and root canal treatment advice around 4 weeks back. I felt so uncomfortable during the x-ray . Wasi Hussaini was in a strange mood and (if you have heard 'silence is deafening' phrase- I actually experienced here) which prompted me to think why to get the treatment done here if the dentist is not interested . Then to my surprise I read the reviews of other patients and thought , it is best to cancel my confirmed appointment . Customer service was reasonable though. You can get treatment anywhere, but would definitely avoid where communication level is substandard.

BEST DENTIST IN ALL OF WEST MIDLANDS PROBABLY BEST PRACTICE IN ALL OF UK seriously it's like you're at a proper Polish dentist They actually care about patients here, everyones well being is taken care of and accommodated to, and you won't Kinder, more polite and helpful staff at any NHS practice, there is maybe like two places in UK that come close on service As an individual with a slew of invisible disabiltiies that make my life hard Now I can smile again like a kid, thank you x1000000 Forever in my prayers, you guys rock 🙌🙌🙌🙏🙏🙏💛💛💛

Very poor type of staff and doctors. A week later still feeling pain from the injection and no one will listen to you, my appointment was at 9:05 and the doctor is coming at 9:45 and forcing me to book my appointment again. The doctor is talking to you about giving money instead of treating you. Really amazing.

Great practice treated me very kindly the reception and the dentist were cooperative and helped my situation would definitely recommend 🙂
