First time here. My dentist and nurse was exceptional. They create a very calming setting. The receptionists are professional and polite. I would highly recommend them

Nabia was truly amazing during my appointment I was so nervous and not only was she professional she was emphatic towards me and reassured me throughout, thank you so much to her and her nurse a true asset to Bhandal practice you should be proud

Received great services time and time again. On one occasion I had to bring my newborn baby and there was some delay. They kindly agreed to call me when it was my turn, so I could walk my baby. Special thanks to Camilla at reception and treating team Shillana and Shannon.

To be fair, waiting times have increased recently, but this appears to be due to a significant decrease in staff. That having been said, the remaining staff are exceptional. Katie Williams has been my dentist for over 30 years and I have recommended her to a number of people over that time. She is calm, efficient and friendly and goes to great lengths to meet patients needs. Her nurse is also personable and quietly efficient. The receptionist copes with the increased pressure caused by the reduction in staff in a very calm, friendly and efficient manner. In short, it is well worth a little extra waiting time to receive such good treatment.

Yesterday was my usual 2pm visit to the dentist. I’ve been with Katie for a very long time (way back in the days of Bunbury Road Northfield). Everyone today was, as always, most kind and welcoming. Camilla on the desk was very attentive and chatty. Shannon, nurse, also had a pleasing smile. Katie, as always her usual friendly self and as always very professional. It was interesting to see the children’s pictures and messages on the wall in the Reception area. Obviously some little ones don’t mind visiting this dentist, which is great.

I have been a patient at the practice for over 30 years. Recently there has been a change in staffing and I have had to switch to another dentist in the practice - Katie Williams. She made me feel very at ease and was very informative about my treatment plan. I had been nervous about this appointment but she soon made me feel very comfortable and was very good. Thanks also to Nimi for the dental nurse support and also to Camilla on reception who was lovely and chatty while I waited for my appointment.

Katie Williams has been my dentist for decades and I cannot rate her highly enough. So grateful to have her as my dentist as she is just the best. Have always been well treated by all practice staff but receptionist Camilla is particularly friendly and helpful.
